Was told I would get Interior Exterior Detail for problems I had problems with the pull ahead program. I had turned in my other lease and months later kept getting bills with late fees. I was also getting phon I had problems with the pull ahead program. I had turned in my other lease and months later kept getting bills with late fees. I was also getting phone calls from Hyundai Finance collections dept. On a Sunday afternoon also. In order to get me to purchase this auto they were going to install a remote starter. Two months later I was called by Route 44 Hyundai's service department that the software was in to install the starter. I took the day out of work and waited 1 1/2 in service when they told me there was still a problem with the software. Another month went by and they finally installed it. I talked with Fred Bailey who said he would do the interior exterior detail on the auto for free because of the problems I had. The vehicle had a recall on it. I was calling for Fred to let him know that I would be in. They informed me Fred no longer worked there. Someone by the name of Damion was Fred's boss so I spoke with him. He told me to page him when I arrived. Damion was not answering the page so I asked the front desk if he was in. He was in a sales meeting and could not deal with a customer at this time. Of course he never called me later on. I purchased a limited edition 2016 Tucson. More
