Zero respect for customers This dealership is about a 45 minute drive from my home, but I bought my last car here and was satisfied with the sales person and overall experience, This dealership is about a 45 minute drive from my home, but I bought my last car here and was satisfied with the sales person and overall experience, so I called there again today. I spoke with Megan, who was very professional and polite. I told her I was coming in to buy another Elantra. When I arrived a gentleman asked if he could help. I told him I was there to see Megan. He told me to have a seat and he would get her. Right after I sat down, I heard disgusting, repeated profanity from two men at the desk right behind me. I turned around and saw that it was two Route 44 Hyundai employees! I gave them a look of disgust and walked out. I called to let Megan know why I had left. Rachel answered the phone. She said she was sorry and I told her that Megan just lost a sale and I would purchase elsewhere. I am a business owner. I have fired people for using profanity at my business. I don't allow customers to use it either, as it's offensive to all decent people. Apparently this is considered appropriate and acceptable behavior for Route 44 Hyundai employees though, as I've not heard a word from the Manager or Owner of this dealership. More
