Went in for an oil change, came out with a new leased car! Mike was very professional, asked me what type of car I was interest and with the amenities I would like. He immediately found the perfect car for me Mike was very professional, asked me what type of car I was interest and with the amenities I would like. He immediately found the perfect car for me and went right to work on getting me a price close to my range. As it was a Tuesday, and the dealership would be closed for the holiday weekend (Christmas), he worked very hard to get my car completely ready for my on Thursday, which I greatly appreciated. He is very friendly, and I was actually just there for an oil change and walked out with a leased car (this had been discussed with my fiance a week prior, but we had not made the plans yet). He drove to my house to pick up my title while I was doing my financing. He went over and above to accommodate me as I work in Boston and have to drive about 2 1/2 hours to get home and he waited for me to get there - also met me for my first visit. I can't just say enough positive things about everyone there - from Mike to the customer service manager who called me - they were all very professional and yet nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them! I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family. More
