**Lacking in Customer Service** Did a Lease buyout back on Labor Day 2016....went back the next day to sign papers. Loan paperwork was made out for a different length of time that Did a Lease buyout back on Labor Day 2016....went back the next day to sign papers. Loan paperwork was made out for a different length of time that was agreed upon the day prior and a different amount. Told them I wasn't paying the amount/time stated...which then made the bank back out of the deal. They assured me they would get another loan. They had also stated they would pay for my sticker (which would be expiring the end of Sept). Meanwhile a couple weeks go by with not a word from the dealership. I walk in on the last day of Sept and explain they have yet to contact me regarding the loan and my sticker was expiring that day. The Sales Mgr. comes over with his attitude, and in the end they give me money from "petty cash" to go get my sticker done. Three more weeks go by....I continue to contact THEM...trying to see when the loan will go through....they tell me that they are waiting on the title. Meanwhile I wrote them a check on Labor Day for over $900.00 for "sales tax"...which has been cashed. Finally they contact me mid November stating I need to come in to pay my "November Payment" and the plates are in. When I get there everything goes well with the new finance person (since everyone else I dealt with had either quit or been let go - who knows). I mention the sticker having to be replaced again due to the new plates. I said I was not paying for the new sticker since I had to wait this entire time. They gave me a voucher for the new sticker. The saga continues....Since my loan started (remember first payment I paid the dealership and they paid the loan - November) I have had a "late payment" on my bill every month that is accruing interest (We are now almost March 1st and this continues each month). I have been into the dealership, emailed, called....not one person has taken this issue seriously or followed through to try and find a resolve. I have never dealt with such poor Customer Service in all my life. I called today and found out the last gentleman that was in finance has also left. I called them back tonight and left another message and once again no one returns the call. I will not only never deal with this dealership again, I will never buy another Hyundai. This dealership just puts a bad reputation out there for the Hyundai name. DO YOURSELF A HUGE FAVOR....BUY YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE!!!! More

Sold vehicle, didn't tell me until i showed up I called John Ruscito of internet sales on Saturday an hour before they closed asking if they had a specific truck available. He said that yes they did have it and also asked me if that was the only truck i was interested in on the lot. I responded yes, i was only looking at that one specific truck and that i would email him in the morning when i was on my way. Sunday morning i emailed him at 930 am saying that i would be down to look at the truck to which he responded "Jeffrey.... Thank you for the email ....? Simply ask for me when you arrive. ? I will have a Sales Professional waiting to assisit you. See You Soon !" On arrival i met with a salesmen, he then introduced me to John and he said that i would love this truck and nice to meet me. After telling the salesmen which truck i wanted to see, he took my license and left for about 10 min before coming back to me and said that it had been sold yesterday. The reason that I'm angry is that John knew how far i was driving to look at the truck, and the reason i emailed in the morning was to ensure that the truck was still there and not once did he mention that the truck was sold. I think that either they sold it and lied to me just to get me in the door, or it was never there and they thought they could sell me something else. Either way, extremely poor communication and very unprofessional. More

Best Dealership I have dealt with! From beginning to end every encounter was handled efficiently and professionally. Roderick is very knowledgeable of the vehicles, presented several options to me and when I stated what exactly I was looking for and my price range, he took.the time to make sure I got what I wanted and price I could afford.
