Route 44. Hyundai Have a laundry list of things wrong with my transaction at this dealership. *Website says they are Better Business Bureau accredited. They had been stripped of this association but still advertise it. *Car was delivered with a noticeable chip on the bumper. Requested 3 times for written email confirmation from the manager saying that I will not be charged for it. Still have not received it a month later. *Leased a particular Sonata because of the BlueLink remote features. Expressed the desire for this service because of the app start and temp controls (I live in New England). Only found out after I was signed up for the service that that feature was not available on this model, but still had BlueLink. Associates were either deceptive or didn't know their products. *Didn't feel the staff was very proactive getting my vehicle registered. It took 3 days for them to tell me my insurance had not sent over the necessary paperwork. More
