Typical bait and switch car dealership. Left there yesterday with a print out of a vehicle and price. Show up today with my wife to test drive and talk numbers. In the span of 24 hours, the car went up with an addendum to the MSRP of $2,500. Waste of time. If you value your time and money, go elsewhere. Update: they contacted me and had the car my wife wanted available. Did the Hyundai click to buy option online, internet sales manager called to confirm and told me car would be upfront in an hour. Made arrangements for kids and drove up there only to not have any deal made from the click to buy option and to make matters worse, the particular car I had bought was “just sold” 45 minutes prior. Got up and left. Called the manager to ask what was going on and he said he’d call me back only to have one of his minions call with some bs excuse. I bought my car at their Toyota dealership 3 years ago and I will never do business again with them after screwing with me twice. More
Had a wonderful experience buying a used Santa Fe Sport (remotely) from this dealership. Mike (UC sales manager) was very helpful and transparent during the entire process. Had an overall bad experience at this dealership. the sales rep was great...I gotta give him xxxxxxbecause he went above and beyond for a lot of things. The sales GM was rude in talking to me just after 2 times and seems like the type who doesn't like it when customers ask a lot of questions and who are trying to understand the process more in-depth. If I have to go without a car for 2+ weeks I'm going to ask a ton of questions and see if there are legit ways to speed things up Long wait at the dealership after driving an hr+ to get there....and this after everything had already been finalized....it was an Hr+ wait just to sign papers. Then to top it off, the weather tech mats that came with the car were supposedly stolen and were not delivered with the car. Also, the car was not detailed at all when it was dropped off So bad customer service from management and bad basic car management. How does a car get its floor mats stolen and not detailed before it's delivered to a customer? More

In my 55 years of buying cars, these "people" take the cake. They Lie, misrepresent just about everything. Purchased a Genesis, and find out they are not an authorized dealer even though they represented cake. They Lie, misrepresent just about everything. Bought it from out of state, and they keep changing how long it takes to get registration, now 3plus weeks and the car sits in my drive. while they were paid 3 weeks ago.. I took it to a real Dealership near me sine the car shook very bad. The figured the "New" tires RT44 said they put on. Well they put the wrong tires on the car and the load rating and speed rating were off, and could have been killed in a blowout as the tires heated up so hot. They are scammers and lie, so stay away.. I am not done with them since they now hang up on me.. Haven't even checked the rest of the car yet.. More
I would definitely not advise visiting this dealership. They are very sneaky, tell you one thing and then when you review your paperwork, you’ll find exactly the opposite of what they said to you. Tons of charges, fees, etc just kind of thrown in to make the whole process confusing. I think they know exactly what they do and feel fine about it. But in the end, it’s sneaky, deceitful and unprofessional. The sales practices should be looked in to. Don’t go here. More

The absolute worst experience I've ever had. Lied to, tricked and brought in under false pretenses. Don't believe anything they tell you. Get everything in writing. All they see is dollar signs. It's a shame because I really love the Hyundai product but it's unfortunate that a select few have soured my attitude toward this company. I'll be sure to continue to spread the news to everyone near and far and to stay as FAR away aw possible. Would give 0 stars if this site would allow me. More
