Don't deal with these jokers; they'll try to rip you off to fund their new showroom. I wanted to buy a new sonata. I have bought a new car every 2 to 4 years and if I had to go threw what they put me threw every time I bought a new car, I would still be driving my very first car I ever bought. I left there very drained and with a headache! They asked very personal questions that had really nothing to do with the car purchase and I was very uncomfortable! I stopped by with the sole intention to 'test drive' a 2011 Tucson.... 3 hours later I was driving MY new Tucson home !!! "Hyundai Dave Esker" was attentive throughout the process and demonstrated a GENUI 2011 Tucson.... 3 hours later I was driving MY new Tucson home !!! "Hyundai Dave Esker" was attentive throughout the process and demonstrated a GENUINE effort to understand what I was looking for in a vehicle. While assisting me, Dave also monitored and advised a 'new' sales consultant named Alex who was my initial contact at the dealership. In fact, Alex trudged through the snow with me looking at various Tucson colors until the Aurora Blue caught my eye. I did not have a trade-in vehicle making 'price' the key issue which the sales team recognized and worked hard to get to a price point that worked for me. The GLS I purchased did not contain a heated driver's seat which I felt was important for my needs. Again, Hyundai Dave went the extra yard to arrange for an easy installation to provide me with the car AND options I felt were important. When you show up for a 'test drive' and leave with the car YOU wanted within your price range it HAD to be a great car buying experience. THANKS Hyundai Dave !!!!! More
Honestly, these guys helped me out a lot. I had never purchased a new vehicle before and they made my experience a good one. I had gone to other dealerships before I found myself at Rout 44 Hyundai. The other dealerships had quoted me ridicules prices which where astronomically higher than the price that Hyundai quoted me on the website, and they would talk to me in very arrogant ways. I was a little deterred when I saw that the Route 44 Hyundai office was not as nice as some of the other dealers, but I guess that is the price you have to pay for some genuine people and good costumer service. Bill Rudolph, my salesman was awesome, and his superiors were even better. Thanks Damian and Tony for everything. Definitely check these guys out. More

I have purchased 2 Tuscons from this dealership. The first was a 2006 Tuscon with A/C. I wanted a 2009 just like the one I had. Brian said they had one just like mine except that it was a standard. I decided to drive it and did not mind the shifting. Several months after purchasing it, I needed the A/C. I tried the A/C and discovered it had none. The car I traded in had A/C and this 2009 was susposed to be just like my trade-in. Upon discovering this, I e-mailed the dealer, the manufacturer and the BBB. After several weeks the dealer said they would either upgrade me or install A/C at their cost. Upon finding out installing A/C after a sale usually runs around $3000.00, I drove to the dealer to find out what their cost would be, and was told it was not available for my car. Instead Damion said he would give me a real good on a 2009 with A/C. The salesman was Dutra. I liked the car and because I go to Florida every year, I really needed the A/C. I worked out a price with Dutra, but wanted to go home and do some checking online. I asked Dutra twice, if I took the car home for the night, could I return it for any reason. He said yes, that would not be a problem. When I got home that night, I realized he charged me $2000.00 over MSRP. I called the next morning and said I was returning the car. Upon arriving, Damion said I had signed a purchase and sales agreement and they would not take the car back. This was the real good deal that Damion had promised me. I called the State and they said that the 3 day return policy did not apply to new cars. The finance person did lower my interest rate 1% and also lowered the MSRP $2000.00, but took away $2000.00 for my trade-in. I told them I would never return and that my brother who bought a car there, also would never return. Both the manufacturer and dealer did not seem to care. I like the car but, when I am ready to purchase another new car, I will also check out an American car. I will never go back or refer a customer to Route 44 Hyundai. More

In response to a mailing, we went to the dealership not expecting a whole lot, but Hyundai Dave and Jimmy Lane worked overtime and we were able to leave with a brand new Accent.
