If I could give zero stars I would! I went in last week to look at a new Tucson, I specifically told the salesman I wanted to see an SEL model, not SEL with Convience package and certai I went in last week to look at a new Tucson, I specifically told the salesman I wanted to see an SEL model, not SEL with Convience package and certainly not an XRT model. But what does he do? Rather than tell me that there are no SEL models on the lot, he proceeds to bring me an XRT, which no offense, is the UGLIEST Tucson model there is and it was priced way, way too high for me. I am sick and tired of not being listened to when I go to a car dealership! I will never go back to this dealer, they suck! And they don’t care about what their customers want! More

Do not bother with these losers. Had appointment to test drive a Tucson Hybrid (Blue Model). Austin called me an hour before my appointment to confirm I was coming. He did not however bother to check to see if they still had one on the lot. So I drove there for nothing. They told me they sold the last on @ 7:00 PM the night before. Of course if Austin had any consideration for my time he would have check the morning of my appointment and instead of confirming my appointment he would have let me know that the car I wanted to test drive was not longer available. When I thought my engine needed to be replaced in my Hyundai right before the holidays they were the only dealer that was able to see me as soon as possible. When I called in a minor panic the gentleman Hyundai right before the holidays they were the only dealer that was able to see me as soon as possible. When I called in a minor panic the gentleman that I spoke with reassured me that they will do what they can to help me out. My car was towed there after Christmas and the driver just left it without notifying anyone. They service team was great at letting me know when they found the car and I received updates from AK or Sarah daily. Fortunately, my engine did not need to be replaced and they were able to perform the work my car needed in a day. They were absolutely wonderful and the communication was great. I live about 45 minutes away and I will definitely bring my car back for service when needed. More
Sales part was good, service part sucks xxx, took my brand new suv thr whr I bought it, cause horn just kept blaring and burned itself out, supposedly they fixed it, NOT, replaced fuse and horns, 2days brand new suv thr whr I bought it, cause horn just kept blaring and burned itself out, supposedly they fixed it, NOT, replaced fuse and horns, 2days later same exact thing, couldn't even get an answer of what was wrong with it too cause that, so go get my suv cause they said it was done and ready for pick up, NOT, no horn working,so I asked, they said they told me it wsnt done yet, xx, would not hv driven 45mins to pick up my vehicle if it wsnt done, anyway, so same thing happened 2 days after, they gonna tell me that the burning plastic smell is new car smell and my suv was all set, jsut got it fixed properly the correct way at another dealership cause they couldn't gv me an answer for a whole wk, find out the fuse box had a bad relay switch and was sending constant juice too the horns,that's why it burned out, the entire fuse box had to be replaced,so thanks to milford Hyundai service guys that know their and fixed it the correct way More
