This is by far probably the worst dealership in the tri-state area. The staff is not friendly and they don't care about their customers. All they cared about was them and not their customer. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALER THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF AND GIVE YOU THE WORST POSSIBLE DEAL EVER. I ended up paying Over 2K for a brake issue, initially they just said my booster was having an issue... couple of days later they called and said, my master cylinder had an issue and then a week later that my ABS actuator had an issue. I could not back out due to the state in which the car was.. Pathetic staffs... absolutely rude and are completely incompetent. The Sales manager is Ok, but the service manager is also rude and has no control over his service team. I would advise windsor nissan if you are in hamilton, west windsor, lawrenceville... I would'nt recommend buying from them also... as i bought the used nissan maxima and my battery died just months after... one of the tires keeps showing low air within a week of filling it...
