John made the switch so easy & it took less time than i expected i have been going to Haldeman Nissan for quite some years now, & have bought & leased many cars & SUV's, & i plan on continuing to go there for all my auto needs All the people @ Haldeman Nissan are great to work with & i'm happy to say that i'm a very satisfied customer! I bought a car from here a few yrs ago. My mom put it in her name and they said once the tags and registration came in I can switch it over to my name. Once it came in they told me that it couldn't happen b her name and they said once the tags and registration came in I can switch it over to my name. Once it came in they told me that it couldn't happen because it was in her name. My mom had to pay off the car so I can have it in my name. But in the mean time I had to pay insurance in Nj and pay my mom car insurance for pa. I went in there yelling at the manager and told ppl that was there not to buy a car from here. They don't care if they lie to people just to make a sale. More
Mr Borden was active weeks before our purchase and always if not in office got right back to us. His knowledge of our Electric Leaf was the reason we went with the Leaf. Our neighbors recently bought their car from Haldeman, they referred us to John Novak who was actually outside to greet us when we pulled up and introduced himself to us. Sales staff is horrible at this dealership . They have no customer service skills and looks they think they are doing a favor to the customer by selling car to them . Our experience with Haldeman Nissan was fantastic! We worked with Don Goldberg, and knowing that we had done our research, he played none of the typical games- no disappearing for extended periods of tim worked with Don Goldberg, and knowing that we had done our research, he played none of the typical games- no disappearing for extended periods of time, no bs pricing. At the start, he claimed we would "negotiate a price" and go from there, while at other dealerships they tried to sell us at the sticker price, not bothering to offer any discounts whatsoever. There was a mutual respect in our dealings, and he was very personable, helpful, and even entertaining! He even taught us a thing or two about getting the best deal possible. In the end, we didn't end up buying from them, but if they had our car on the lot we certainly would have, no hesitation. When we found the best deal we could, we called him up, just to make sure, and he told us we had found an unbeatable deal. Again, no bs- he wanted us to have exactly what we wanted. He did plenty of research for us to compare the other brands we were looking at (jeep wrangler and subaru forester) and gave us unbiased reviews. We were very impressed that he didn't try to sway us, just gave us the facts and let us decide for ourselves. No pressure, no games= great dealership! More
I would never return to this dealer. We had been called so many times to come in for an early drop of our lease and we are sorry we did. They were clueless as to stock which was not very good. I bought a used car from this dealer and while selling the car he made a comment on my culture. and after 2-3 days a noise started coming from front wheels I shown it to local pepboys and he said CV boots the car he made a comment on my culture. and after 2-3 days a noise started coming from front wheels I shown it to local pepboys and he said CV boots have been ripped off, dealer should fix it even if it is not in warranty because they are not allowed to sell such dangerous car. When I called the manager Joe said I bought as it is car it means he wouldnt do anything without money.. DONT BUY ANY xxxx thing from THESE PPL FIRST THEY MAKE COMMENTS ON CULTURE WHILE SELLING AND THEN THEY DONT EVEN CARE FOR CUSTOMER's SAFETY.... More
