Back in May I had bought a car from him as well, but in July I was involved in a car accident (not my fault) that left my car totaled. Obviously I was pretty stressed but Tyler put me at ease and helped me get into a new car, quick and painless. I can't recommend this dealership enough!! Great service and excellent salespeople!!! They are Liar's, they falsified my contract when I brought my car from them told me that they gave me 2,500 for my trade in when in actuality on the contract they bamboozled me and only gave me $100 for my trade in. Also they said my loan was for only 72 months when in actuality my loan was for 84 months. I signed the contract thinking that everything was okay when in fact they lied to me and ripped me off... I wouldn't recommend my worst enemy to these horrible, heartless, lieing, thieves. More

Disappointing visit... On 10/01/2015 came to this dealership to purchase a car Nissan Rouge SV with premium package. I was under impression that after so many letters and fl On 10/01/2015 came to this dealership to purchase a car Nissan Rouge SV with premium package. I was under impression that after so many letters and flyers I receive from this dealer they would be welcoming people who actually made there. That was not the case. Unfortunately from the very start it did not go very well as the sales person I was talking to was not really interested in anything (may be I interrupted his web search) and was trying to get rid of me at any possible moment. I do not know his name as he did not introduce himself and they are not wearing name tags like in some Nissan dealerships. But if you enter dealership his table is the very first on the right hand side by the window. It could be a wrong timing but it is their loss. There are many other Nissan dealers in the Area. More

The sales manager himself was obviously greedy because he low balled me on his offer for my car to be traded in, about 6K lower than kbb. He said it was a "mistake" and increased it gradually as the haggling went on. Then when we finally agreed on the price of the new car and my trade in value, he increased the monthly payment when it was supposed to be a 0.9 apr promo. So when I told him what my budget was which was a fair estimation given the interest rate, he refused to meet half way. Obviously greedy. Greedy from every aspect of the deal. I went to Acme nissan and they were not greedy like route 33 nissan. So I bought my new car from Acme nissan. And by the way, route 33 nissan will hostage your old car key until the deal is either sealed or off. More
