First time visitor but a new lifetime customer I was in the market for a reliable but stylish SUV. My previous car bit the dust and finally clunked out on me so I knew it was time to start looking I was in the market for a reliable but stylish SUV. My previous car bit the dust and finally clunked out on me so I knew it was time to start looking for something else. I originally wanted to compare the Nissan Rogue to the Honda CR-V, Toyota Rav4 and others in the compact SUV class, however, I didn't plan on buying today. I just simply wanted to test drive the vehicle and get a feel for it. I planned on going to Toyota right afterwards but I didn't. The reason? Well, when I arrived I spoke to a salesman names Chris. He was very nice and was down to earth. He was knowledgeable about their products and made me feel comfortable. He was not pushy at all which is the unfortunate reality of many individuals in the profession. When looking for a Rogue that fit my preferences I also saw a funky looking small SUV looking thingy; the Nissan Juke. I had no interest in the Juke at first because of it's 'love it or hate it' design but for some reason I could not take my eyes off of it. It was smaller than what I originally wanted but it's just me and my husband and most of the times I drive alone so I decided to give it a look. It caught my eye because it was unlike anything I've seen on the road before and it was like a special edition of some sort. It was black and yellow. All black with yellow accents on the front and back, spoiler, mirrors and door handles. The interior was black with matching yellow on the seats, center console, air vents, shift knob, inside door panels and steering wheel. There was even a honeycomb pattern on the seat cushions. I was told it was called the Black Stinger edition. (look it up) it's actually very cool looking! I took it for a test drive and was very pleased. It had adequate power for it's size and turbo engine, it had lots of amenities such as a sunroof, climate control, back-up camera, Bluetooth, etc. The interior space was on the small side but sufficient for my needs. I really liked it. I wanted to, however, give the Rogue a try since that's the reason I initially went there in the first place. I drove a Rogue SV. It was very nice and had lots of features, including third row seats. It was probably an all around better vehicle, comfortable, quick, good on gas, luxury features such as rear cross traffic alert, blind spot monitoring and a birds eye view camera system to name a few. But it was too much vehicle for me and the price was higher than my budget so I started to think more about the Juke. Chris was very patient in answering all of my questions and helped me to make an informed decision. They were willing to work with me to get me into a car payment that I was comfortable with so I decided to see what happens. After just a short time we finally arrived at an agreeable deal. Chris expressed that he wanted me to be happy with the car that I got whether he sold it to me or not. I was very impressed by him because he shared with me that he had recently came there from another dealer and so he's only been there for a short while, however, he was so experienced and just a genuinely friendly person. He made my buying experience a pleasant one. I now have my car and everywhere I go people are turning their heads and looking at my car! I ever saw someone taking a picture of it. Lol! What I'm trying to say is, if you are in the market for a new vehicle be sure to give Nissan a try but not just any Nissan, try Rt. 33 Nissan and talk to Chris. I'm sure you will drive off with the vehicle of your dreams and be happy you dealt with them. More

After seeing the options available and speaking with Sunil and John, I was convinced. They were so friendly, professional and honest, we drove off with a nice used car. Its been 5 months and I am still happy with our decision. We saved a little money and got a quality car. I would definitely buy from there again! More

A waste of my time I was a bit nervous about shopping for my first car, and unfortunately, this was the first place I visited. While Route 33 Nissan may be a great optio I was a bit nervous about shopping for my first car, and unfortunately, this was the first place I visited. While Route 33 Nissan may be a great option for someone searching for a new vehicle, looking for a used vehicle met my nightmarish pre-conceptions of used car shopping perfectly. The vehicle that I had been interested in had been sold already (which I completely understand, and have no ill will about), but instead of simply explaining to me that they couldn't help and not wasting my time, Chris (who knew that I had a very strict budget) told me that he was going to show me a similar vehicle, but failed to disclose several key issues that would make this car impossible for me to purchase. First, although he did show me a carfax, he emphasized that the car has only had one previous owner - but he didn't mention that this car had previously been a rental vehicle, which was a huge concern for me, and when I brought it up, he completely dismissed my concerns and told me that many similar vehicles in this price range would also be rentals and that my expectations were unreasonable. Furthermore, despite knowing my budget, he did not disclose that this car was significantly more expensive than my budget allowed for, until after I wasted time on a test drive. I completely understand that the car that I had wanted was no longer available. This is certainly something that happens when you are looking for a used vehicle. I simply wish that Chris had given me a business card and told me to check in a week to see if any similar models had come in, instead of wasting everyone's time when I was very clearly on my needs and my budget. I also found him to be very dismissive of my concerns regarding buying a used car and what that would mean for me. At times, I felt that he was trying to make a sale based on convincing me of his character and the nature of the business, instead of having a realistic conversation about what kind of car I would be happy with within my price range. Perhaps I was simply too unprepared for my first car shopping experience and I'm being a bit too harsh, but I found the experience to be very difficult. More
