Not Satisfied! Good price but poor customer service! I saw the car online and went to the dealership on 8/17/2016. David Barysh was my sales person. He was very nice and knowledgeable. I picked up my wife and son from JFK after 37 hours of flight and layovers, went to the dealership to buy the Nissan Rouge for my wife's birtday. Price was good and David was helpful but had to wait 5 hours for Terri who is the finance manger to finace the car! She was rude and seemed very frustrated! I have a 835 credit score which is really high and she got me approved for 4.17 finnancing! They ran my credit and got the cash down payment from me before I even met with Terri! When I finally met her she asked me to sign the documents and when I objected to the rate being too high she said dont buy the car, if you dont want to! I said ok give me my cash down payment back and she said we have to cut you a check! I said can I pay the car off early and she said I will lose part of the discount that they gave me !That was a lie! Later on when I complained to the general manger she called and said you can pay off the car whenever you want! The fees the dealer charged me was excess (RIPP OFF)! They cahrged me for somthing called Opt. Anti theft window etching for $299.00! I have no idea what that is and why I was charged. It seems no one can explain that either!. Documents fee $429.00, I checked with other dealers and they charge as low of $150 to $250! The SUV is nice and we like it but I would not recommend this dealership. They give good price but then they add theses inflated fees to the deal which makes you wonder if the deal was good or not? I would give David Barysh 10 out of 10 and the finance manger and the dealership a -10 if I could! More

We visited the Route 33 dealership on 8/17/16, after having called the night before to already speak to a sales rep Buyer Beware with this dealership! We visited the Route 33 dealership on 8/17/16, after having called the night before to already speak to a sales rep about the car and the price - which the ad stated was $12,900. That night they explained we needed to add $2K since we were not a loyalty member. We were ok with that. We took the hour long ride today, and when we talked to the salesman (different than the night before) he quoted us the sticker price of $17K. We asked why the sticker price was different than the ad price. Salesman told us the car in the ad 'was not their car'. We showed him the printed ad. He still stated that was not their car. We had to go to our car to get page 2 of the print out, which had the VIN #. IT WAS THEIR CAR. Rather than honoring the price ($12,900 plus $2K), they started at 13,900 and added two thousand. When we called them on it, they changed the price to 12,900 plus $2k, then proceeded to add two fees totalling another $1,100 - window etching fee and dealership handling fee. So they were trying to get that thousand back via deception. We understand the ad likely was completely screwed up. Whoever documented it was way off (stated cloth vs leather, alot of the features weren't listed). We were willing to wiggle a little. But the salesman was so rude through this entire process ('you know what I am saying - this is not my car', and 'just swipe their card for 2K' when we offered to put $1K down on it to hold it) - WE WALKED OUT. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. Either they purposely false advertise, or they do not know what they are doing and cover it up with rudeness. Then they accuse YOU of not knowing what you are doing. Attitude from the minute the conversation started. Hey - I just want to spend $15 to $17K at your dealership, NO NEED TO SHOW US ANY RESPECT! I will spend my hard earned money somewhere else that actually knows what honesty and customer service are all about. More

Worst car buying experience ever ! Worst experience ever. We went to buy a rogue in cash. We already had a price before we went in and were expecting a smooth transaction as promised. Me and my daughter in law were helped by Abbey who kept increasing the price on us saying we had to finance or pay a higher price. She kept insisting on the fact that we must finance and do a smart buy. She gave a payment and said we can pay it off in November. We were very disappointed and upset and it was getting late, Abbey made it sound like we had no choice. Then she asked us what we thought of the "current police" situation. We were shocked how inappropriate to bring up an unrelated sensitive subject with customers. When we went to the finance office we were shocked to find out that the so called "smart buy" is a lease. We were appalled and proceeded to leave. The finance manager calmed us down and said we could just pay cash. As we were leaving we took down a toll free number for the owners, and Abbey seeing us do that, said "don't call the number, I will lose my job" If she is that afraid then she shouldn't lie to customers. We called the number and left a message and got a call back from the manager seneil Hernandez. He was apologetic and said he would address it with her. We just wanted everyone to know, if you go to this dealer make sure you don't deal with Abbey. Our friends referred us there and they have had a good experience. The lady in finance was great, another manager was great, but Abbey the complete opposite. More
