Expired Temporary Tags - Non-Profit Organization I would give them “Zero” stars if it existed. First, this dealership has our non-profit organization riding around on expired plates with transporting I would give them “Zero” stars if it existed. First, this dealership has our non-profit organization riding around on expired plates with transporting special needs children. We bought two new vehicles from them on the same day. One was a personal vehicle and a passenger van for our non-profit. The plates did not come in so we called to inquire. First, they mixed us up with some one name Michael with the same last name and told us we owe money. I pulled both Bills of Sales and all our receipts. The down payments we made matched the amount due for both cars. We went to the dealership in person and talked to the finance representative and she said there is no money due and she was sending a message to the person that’s in charge of the plates. 3-4 business days go by and no call yet. I call today and spoke to a Michaela she stated that there was money still owed on the personal vehicle but they processed the plates for the company vehicle. So I tried to keep my patience, and emailed her all the back-up docs. She said a manager would call me. It is 940pm and STILL NO PLATES AND NO CALL FROM A MANAGER. After purchasing two vehicles in the same day one would think that there would be some customer appreciation but all we see are people that are out to sale cars and after that you are just another number. Now, we have to refer this to our company attorney. More
Worst Dealership Ever I have never been treated more rude than at this place. I walked in to inquire about a 2017 Nissan Rouge. I knew they weren't out yet, but I wanted to I have never been treated more rude than at this place. I walked in to inquire about a 2017 Nissan Rouge. I knew they weren't out yet, but I wanted to know if it was going to have apple car play and when they were going to be out. My cousin came with me to also inquire about a a used vehicle. I walked in and no one approached to help us. Salesman were just standing around. I had to go find someone to help me. The guy at the desk in the back called someone over to help over the load speaker. A somewhat heavy set guy came over and walked us over to his desk in the back corner. He said "How can I help you". I told him I had a couple questions about the new rouges coming out. I asked if apple car play would be available. He did not know. My cousin asked about a used vehicle and the guy just gave him a generic answer. "Sure we have a lot of used vehicles, there out back, go look". I then asked more questions about the rouge, when it was going to be available, price points, etc. He didn't care about the new ones. I asked him if he could get me out of my ford lease.He said yes and immediately pressured me into buying a car on the spot. "Lets do a deal today" as he was getting out paper work for me to sign without me seeing anything. I said, I can't do a deal I came in to only look as I'm in a current lease and I want to know if I can get out, if you could give me details that would be great. Again, generic answer yea we can get you out. Then he said, "if you want to know more about the rouge its sitting over there in the back of the show room, go check it out". At this point I guess he knew we weren't going to buy, so he got up and walked away from his desk in a annoyed mood. Didn't even say a word, not even goodbye. He went over and just continued his conversation with another sales guy. My cousin and I looked at each other in shock as that was very rude, we felt very uncomfortable with the situation. We then proceeded over the the rouge and the maxima and another sales guy who used to be a Professional PGA player was very nice to answer our questions. He didn't give us any issues. We got the information we needed and left. As for my experience this has been the 3rd time I've been here and have been treated poorly every time. I was completely turned off I didn't even want to purchase a Nissan Rouge anymore. I went to another dealership. More

But thanks to Kamran (and support from sales rep David Parrish), we walked out satisfied. David Parrish is also a very nice salesman.. very polite and patient. Appreciated the extra time he took out to explain all the features and buttons in our new 2016 Altima S even though it was time for him to go home. Thank you Kamran and David. More
