I am very comfortable in the waiting room area with their abundance of complimentary snacks and beverages. The facility is clean and EVERY employee is cheerful, respectful, and gracious. My most recent visit was to discuss options for lease or purchase. I was blessed to work with Frank Lawrence and Abby. They walked me through the entire process and offered a listening ear. I had moments of panic and their support and guidance really helped me figure out a direction/decision. I desire to continue to be a member of this dealership for MANY years to come! I have ALWAYS had great experiences here. Thank you Route 33 Nissan!!!! More
Deceived and Belittled. Awful Dealership. They lied to me, wasted my time, and belittled me. I called about a particular car I saw on the internet. I asked if the price of th Awful Dealership. They lied to me, wasted my time, and belittled me. I called about a particular car I saw on the internet. I asked if the price of the car was negotiable. I explained that I live 90 miles away and would not be interested in coming to the dealership if the price was not negotiable. I was told the price was negotiable. I asked if the price was negotiable on 3 separate occasions on the phone and was very blunt that I did not want to waste my Saturday driving 3 hours if the price was not negotiable and I was told it was. Naturally when I get to the dealership I was told the price was not negotiable and the internet price was final. Obviously I was upset. I was talking to one of the sales personnel there to see if anything could be done. I was still looking to salvage the trip down. I needed a car. He was asking me how much money I had to put down and what kind of monthly payment I was looking for. When I tell him how much of a payment I was looking to get into, HE SCOFFS AT ME AND TELLS ME THAT IS NOT EVEN A MONTHLY CELL PHONE PAYMENT. I was appalled. This gentlemen already knew I was upset for coming all the way down to this dealership for nothing and then he belittle's me. Nice. I looked at reviews for Route 33 Nissan before going down and thought it was a good dealership that valued customers but I was sorely mistaken. Save yourself some time and go someplace else. More

Eased my mind. I’ve financed every car I’ve ever owned. They were also all used. So after the loan was completed the problems began. I went to route33 Nissan to look I’ve financed every car I’ve ever owned. They were also all used. So after the loan was completed the problems began. I went to route33 Nissan to look at a challenger (preowned). I sat down with Mike and explained my delima I want features I want gadgets, but if I go new my budget only gets base entry level. Mike then explained to me the art of leasing I get more car for my budget. So the rogue it was and what’s next idk but I will be back to see mike in another 35 months. More

EXCELLENT Staff and buying experience at route 33 Nissan ! My fiance and I walked in and was greeted by Tyler and a receptionist which offered us refreshments and asked if we had any questions. Tyler gathered my information and then Dave B ( salesperson) came over and went through all my options for the 2018 Nissan Rogue SL. We worked out a great deal and got my fiance into the perfect truck. David went through the vehicle options upon delivery and ensured we knew all the great features of the vehicle. In finance Sal went through the payment information and ensured we understood the contract from top to bottom. I was very pleased with my experience when I purchased my new Nissan Altima last week. My dealer, Dave, the manager Matt and the finance guy Pete, were helpful, accommodating and listened to my needs and gave me a more than fair trade-in value for my other car. The entire staff was friendly and offered refreshments and made the car-buying experience the best I ever had. This is my second new car in my whole life, and when I am ready to purchase another car, I know I will go back to Route 33 Nissan. Thank you everyone! More
Awful simply Awful In March of 2016 I was in a car accident and had to get another car. I had been previously driving a Nissan Versa and really liked it so I was trying In March of 2016 I was in a car accident and had to get another car. I had been previously driving a Nissan Versa and really liked it so I was trying to find the same car to replace the one that was totaled. I had gone into Route 33 Nissan one night after work with my husband to LOOK at a car. I was mildly interested in a 2012 Silver Nissan Versa that was on the used lot. I had test driven it and was trying to see what the price and payments would be if I considered purchasing it. I have to say after buying three previous used cars in the past the experience at Route 33 Nissan had to be the worst. Not only was there a bait and switch with the initial price that was advertised online and what the salesman was saying but they would not let me just leave and think about it. The salesman kept pressuring me and my husband to just take the car home that night and after being there for a few hours I was clearly not in my right mind and was hungry and tired and was pressured into taking the car home that night. The next evening I went back to the dealer with the car and did not want to keep it. When they wanted me to sign the paperwork to buy it there were all added costs that were not authorized or explained and was very rude and shady. I had said numerous amounts of time that I did not want to keep the car and was told i was not allowed now to return it even though the final paperwork was not signed and I had only had it for a day. Needless to say I could not get rid of the car and it has been a constant headache ever since. I paid over 12,000 for that car used and I have had nothing but problems since the day I brought it home. The wheels have never been able to be aligned even though they supposedly did it at the dealer twice. The car runs horribly and has an exhaust smell coming into the car. When I was given the care I was only given one key and told that model did not come with fobs until I complained and then only one was made. Not to mention the hassle with the recalled airbag. I was told to make an appointment to pick up a rental car and when I got there I was told there were no more cars left to rent. So I had to go to enterprise and get one there. Needless to say this was quite a hassle as I was five months pregnant with twins and trying to move into a new house the day I had to pick up the rental. Then I had to go back a week later to pick up the rental car from the dealer and was told yet again even though I had made an appointment there were no vehicles left to rent. I had told them that was unacceptable and somehow they were able to come up with a car that I had to wait over an hour for. Then I had to drag my pregnant self back each month to sign paperwork to keep the car. When it came time to sign again in December I had just given birth to my twins prematurely and was told they would come here for me to sign the paperwork. The next call I received was that they had the part and wanted me to drive the car there and drop it off to be fixed. First off I couldn't drive as I was just out of the hospital and I could not leave my babies home or take them with me in an unsafe car or out of the house for that matter. They finally agreed to send someone to pick up the car to have it fixed then dropped it off and picked up the rental at my house. I never received any paperwork stating that the airbag was actually replaced it was just dropped off. So now I am left with this unsafe car that drives poorly and I can't drive it and will not drive it with my babies. If Route 33 Nissan would like to redeem themselves from this awful experience, since this car should have been lemon lawed in the first place, and offer me a good deal for a trade in and a new car I may consider buying from there again. If not it just shows how the company does not stand behind their cars and that I nor anyone should trust buying a car there. More
