Horrible I had the most terrible experience with this place. Yesterday I came in for a simple oil change. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. The girl at the desk (Makayla) I had the most terrible experience with this place. Yesterday I came in for a simple oil change. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. The girl at the desk (Makayla) who was extremely snotty by the way, said I was due for service and that it would cost $4-5 dollars more just to top off some fluids. She said $4.24 plus tax. I asked her again and AGAIN she said it is just $4-5 dollars more. I sign the paperwork and leave out not thinking anything is amiss. I come back up there to pick up my car and I look at the bill and it is $424.95. Mind you, I was not prepared to pay such an amount. All I wanted was an oil change!!!!! After arguing with this girl who had the nerve to have a smirk on her face, I demanded to speak with the service manager. I had to call my mother up to the dealership and pay the amount since they would not make any exception or release my car to me. I don't know if they get some kind of commission by trying to up-sale customers but it's not right. Christmas is around the corner and this has set me back over $400. This place will minimize the charge and the work that's being done just to corner you into paying a higher amount. To make matters worse, another worker there co-signed what this incompetent Makayla had to say. Lied to the service managers face and said he listened to her explain to me THOROUGHLY the costs and what was being done. All lies. He was nowhere around when I spoke with this girl. She was at the desk by herself with a plate of chicken next to her computer. I attempted to pay for my "oil change" before leaving and she said :"Oh no, don't worry about it. I have to write up the paperwork first and it's going to take a while." She knew that what she told me was BS and didn't want me to see it before the work was done. Three generations of my family have bought cars from this dealership and this is the treatment I receive. Never again will I go to this place and I will be placing a phone call to the President of the dealership daily until I speak with him. My next step will be making a complaint against this dealership to the BBB. Any other place of business will provide a brochure that clearly states what is included in the package and the actual price. This place will not since they want to deceive you into paying for services you never wanted to begin with. Most stressful day ever yesterday. I intended to trade my car in with this place next year. Never ever will I step foot on their lot and I will tell as many people as I can to stay away from this business. They are scammers and incompetent. Do not respond to my review with your generic apology as if you care because you do not. You made that extremely clear yesterday. Customer satisfaction is not even on this dealerships radar. More
Wasted time I only went to this dealer as I was referred by someone. My son was in need of a car and to make a long story short, he was told after 2 hrs of waitin I only went to this dealer as I was referred by someone. My son was in need of a car and to make a long story short, he was told after 2 hrs of waiting, that he wouldn't qualify for the used 2008 volkswagen getta he was interested in or any car for that matter without a large $2,000 down payment. No one even tried to work with him.. It's funny cause as soon as we left out there and went up the block to Hamilton Volkswagen, Pete took the time to find the right affordable car for us and Within 1 hour my son was driving off the lot in a beautiful, low mile pre-owned 2016 jella with only $500 down! Go figure ! My experience not only with this nissian was horrible ! I WOULD NEVER GO BACK FOR ANY CAR . More

Great experience from start to finish I was looking online for the best deal on a new Altima. I drove an extra 20 miles from my local dealer to route 33 Nissan and i am so happy i did. Fir I was looking online for the best deal on a new Altima. I drove an extra 20 miles from my local dealer to route 33 Nissan and i am so happy i did. First i was greeted by a friendly woman name Diane who was so nice and accommodating. She introduced me to Pat who was the product specialist. Pat was very helpful in answering all my questions about different cars and suvs and the safety features i was interested in. He explained all the specials to me and I test drove a few vehicles. I loved the Altima. When it was time to talk about the price the Sales manager Ian was very upfront and easy going. I never felt any pressure and feel i got a great deal on the car and on my trade in. After waiting a bit I spoke to the business manager Peter who was very friendly and answered all my questions about the paperwork. Overall my experience was 5 stars all the way from start to finish. I walked out of a few other dealers closer to my home unhappy and feeling exhausted. Thanks to everyone at Route 33 Nissan. More

The 'fine print' is the prices listed on their website and page are only for people that qualify for a long list of credentials, that no one could possibly qualify for. They're disrespectful, and arrogant, and have no regard for your time. Shady business practices, classic bait and switch that I had thought was an archaic standard, but apparently still alive and well at Rt 22 Nissan. This business actually had their employees leave me, and my business, false negative reviews! They were all employees, and had tagged the dealership they worked at in their public profile. Not real bright, but, I kid you not, it happened. Please, do not go to this dealership. More

Horrible Service Service is the worst. I have owned many cars and have been to many dealerships. This place has the worst service of any place i have ever been to. Service is the worst. Made appointments because i was told the part was in. Sat there for 2 hours before being told they never had the part. The service staff is not very friendly or knowledgeable. The key to having a successful dealership is to have a good service department. The service department needs an entire over haul. I should have known that from the first time i brought my car in for an oil change. They cleaned it and left marks on the car. I was told, "sorry to hear about that". More

The finance person(ABBY) lied and said I was denied by capital one and run my credit 6 times against other banks. When I called capital one they said they never got an application from the dealership now my credit score has crashed they wont return my calls nor do I have the car.. They dealership is the worse ever. More
