worst 1st dealership experience ever To start off i have to say i'm a little sadden by todays events because i liked the finance guy very much. but i went into the dealership with a vehic To start off i have to say i'm a little sadden by todays events because i liked the finance guy very much. but i went into the dealership with a vehicle in mind and also very honest about my not good credit but the car i was going to check was one of the low end price cars and i have a decent down payment so i figured i'd be okay so the finance guy suggest i get co signer this would make my bank options multiply my cosigner has very good credit and because of this i assume he started talking bout newer cars at higher prices which were nice to see and test drive but were not what i had in mind to purchase he gave me numbers to a lets say $24,000 car when i was looking into a lets say $14,000 car and when i asked him to give me figures for the car i wanted he suggested i didn't buy it because in his words the dealership has it priced $2000 over its actual value which is of no concern to me because i would rather pay $14,000 then $24,000 for cars of the same year and have the same mileage. So i ask around and tired to understand his logic for not really wanting to sell the cheaper car and people are saying because of commission... is that really true? i really was in love with the car i had my eyes set on but this experience has left a bad impression on me and now i don't know if want to give it another try. i would never pressure someone to buy big i would rather have clients who have success stories and not stories of long standing debts, struggles of owning a car and possible repos. i'm sorry to bother with my rant but i thought i was ready to have a great experience and it turned out to be the total opposite. An Unexpected Great Experiience My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that My wife and I just stopped by Last Monday to investigate a lease price on a new Rogue. Had no real intentions of purchasing then due to the fact that we still had 3 lease payments to make on our Altima. We were greeted By Sales Associate Tim Kaplan, He asked what our intentions were & explained our options in depth. He was very patient & very knowledgeable in regard to the Rogue models as well as the amenities & trim levels that were available. We spent a good 45 minutes to an hour looking for a vehicle and then test driving one. We did not expect to take a Rogue home that night, however after negotiating with Tim and then with the store manager Tyler Forzani getting involved, we decided to lease our vehicle that night. A very nice experience and both Tim & Tyler were wonderful to deal with. I did not get involved in the financing portion of the transaction as my wife handled that part. However, she said that the finance manager Pete S. was very friendly and helpful while explaining all of the transaction details also. While I waited for the vehicle to be readied for delivery I spent time chatting with another very friendly sales associate Charlie Gheya. All were concerned with our needs and very professional ; all around nice guys. Would purchase here again. Thanks Guys !!! Al T. More

Horrible I had the most terrible experience with this place. Yesterday I came in for a simple oil change. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. The girl at the desk (Makayla) I had the most terrible experience with this place. Yesterday I came in for a simple oil change. THAT IS ALL I WANTED. The girl at the desk (Makayla) who was extremely snotty by the way, said I was due for service and that it would cost $4-5 dollars more just to top off some fluids. She said $4.24 plus tax. I asked her again and AGAIN she said it is just $4-5 dollars more. I sign the paperwork and leave out not thinking anything is amiss. I come back up there to pick up my car and I look at the bill and it is $424.95. Mind you, I was not prepared to pay such an amount. All I wanted was an oil change!!!!! After arguing with this girl who had the nerve to have a smirk on her face, I demanded to speak with the service manager. I had to call my mother up to the dealership and pay the amount since they would not make any exception or release my car to me. I don't know if they get some kind of commission by trying to up-sale customers but it's not right. Christmas is around the corner and this has set me back over $400. This place will minimize the charge and the work that's being done just to corner you into paying a higher amount. To make matters worse, another worker there co-signed what this incompetent Makayla had to say. Lied to the service managers face and said he listened to her explain to me THOROUGHLY the costs and what was being done. All lies. He was nowhere around when I spoke with this girl. She was at the desk by herself with a plate of chicken next to her computer. I attempted to pay for my "oil change" before leaving and she said :"Oh no, don't worry about it. I have to write up the paperwork first and it's going to take a while." She knew that what she told me was BS and didn't want me to see it before the work was done. Three generations of my family have bought cars from this dealership and this is the treatment I receive. Never again will I go to this place and I will be placing a phone call to the President of the dealership daily until I speak with him. My next step will be making a complaint against this dealership to the BBB. Any other place of business will provide a brochure that clearly states what is included in the package and the actual price. This place will not since they want to deceive you into paying for services you never wanted to begin with. Most stressful day ever yesterday. I intended to trade my car in with this place next year. Never ever will I step foot on their lot and I will tell as many people as I can to stay away from this business. They are scammers and incompetent. Do not respond to my review with your generic apology as if you care because you do not. You made that extremely clear yesterday. Customer satisfaction is not even on this dealerships radar. More
