BUYERS BEWARE THEY ONLY WANT YOUR MONEY I had purchased a used 2014 Rouge from them and the transmission blew 1.5 years after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by the dealership that my car I had purchased a used 2014 Rouge from them and the transmission blew 1.5 years after purchasing the vehicle. I was told by the dealership that my car was not fixable and that I would need to get a new car. I wanted to finance a 2016 Rogue and was given a form to sign to run my credit. I thought my credit was only going to be ran 1 time, no it was was ran 6x. This ruined my credit for 2.5 years and I finally just got my credit back to where it was back in 2016 when this whole mess started. The manager Abbey that I was working with convinced me to lease the car and to put down a $5000 deposit using my credit cards (which is illegal). She said that the dealership would cover 1/2 of the damaged car and that I would be responsible for the other half. She than told me that if I wrote a positive review for the dealership she would take care of me by waiving a certain fee and giving me a car camera. I ended up being stuck paying for 2 cars over the course of 3 years at $645.99 per month which totaled to the lease and what I had owed for the old car. The dealership did not cover the half of the damaged vehicle like they said they would. Since my lease was coming to being done the dealership reached out to me to make an appointment to come in to look at new cars, the general manager Chris called me at 8:30 pm on a Friday evening, who does that? I had already confirmed my appointment for Saturday earlier that day with a secretary. I had a family emergency and couldn't make it to the appointment that Saturday. I reached out to a secretary who told me I could come in at any time to drop off the car since I was returning it due to my lease being done. As I pulled into the dealership with my husband I was met by two gentleman who brought me inside to complete my paperwork. As soon as they found out I was not buying or leasing a new Nissan through them the whole thing went downhill. The manager Abbey that I had worked with before told me that the dealership would not take my car back and I had to return it elsewhere. I had to go 30 min away to another dealership to complete the end of my lease process. I have filed complaints with Better Business, Fair Trade Commission, and Nissan directly about the unfair illegal practices that happen here. More

The Old Bait & Switch Saw a used 2006 Chevy Tahoe online advertised for $8k. Drove over an hour to go see it. When we arrived, we noticed the sticker price on the window sa Saw a used 2006 Chevy Tahoe online advertised for $8k. Drove over an hour to go see it. When we arrived, we noticed the sticker price on the window said $18k. Ok. Strange. So we talked to a salesman and he told us that we have to “qualify” for some discounts... So the price was not $8k. The Tahoe was in bad shape. Rust all over under the doors and bumpers were completely rusted out. The salesman let us take it for a test drive. Even worse. Drove like the truck needed to be decommissioned. I noticed the check engine light from the passenger seat. My buddy was driving and hadn’t noticed it. The only reason why he didn’t notice it was because of the black electrical tape covering it from the drivers point of view. When we confronted the salesman, of course they denied it. They didn’t know anything about that. Nope. We ain’t the suckers your gonna unload trash onto. Steer clear of this dealer. Bad business practices. Completely dishonest. Seems like they only are about $$$ and not the safety of the customer. Do yourself a favor and just avoid. I’m gonna file a complaint with the BBB and county consumer coalition. More

After going to another dealership and getting a quote, I wanted to see if I could do better. Well, Ian quoted me a price that was so much better than what I had. I was hesitant to go see him because the monthly on the upgraded model was much better than the base model I was quoted at the other dealership. I decided to go even though it seemed like it was just a ploy to get me there. I was pleasantly surprised!! It was exact. Ian introduced me to Charlie, the salesman who completed the deal, had the car prepped and spent alot of time with my daughter, explaining everything. Charlie couldn't have been better. I highly recommend Rt. 33 Nissan. A PLEASANT SURPRISE!!! Go see Charlie and Ian. More
