Know what your doing before going to this dealership I used the TrueCar pricing to purchase a 2019 Rogue. The MSRP of the car was $31.2K and the TrueCar guaranteed price was $23.1K. I used TrueCar for I used the TrueCar pricing to purchase a 2019 Rogue. The MSRP of the car was $31.2K and the TrueCar guaranteed price was $23.1K. I used TrueCar for a previous purchase at this dealership 4.5 years ago and there were no problems. I confirmed the $23.1K price with Mike DeJesus, who called me, before going to the dealership. When looking at the sticker on the car I noticed an additional sticker with "dealer installed options" of pinstriping, door edge guards, interior protection and paint sealant which increased the MSRP to $35.3K. The saleman told me that the dealership adds this to every car on the lot. He goes to talk to the manager and comes back with a price of $23.6K before tax and tags, which included my 2015 Rogue that I was trading in. He based the TrueCar discount on the $35.K price and only gave me $6.5K for my car. I told him that price was crazy and give me back my keys so I could leave. Ten minutes later the manager comes back and after a quick discussion offers me a price of $15.3K before tax and tags. I did not purchase the car because I felt the offer for my trade was still too low. Also I was very suspicious of this dealership after they dropped the price $8K. It's obvious they thought I was a schmuck who was stupid by offering me the first price of $23.6K to see if I would say yes. Unless you have done research of pricing and trades stay away from this dealership because they will try to rip you off. More
