Hi guys, it’s been a while since I posted anything on here. So my oldest son bought a car from Route 33 Nissan )Haldeman Nissan in Hamilton and dealt with this salesman Tim Kaplan a day or two before Th here. So my oldest son bought a car from Route 33 Nissan )Haldeman Nissan in Hamilton and dealt with this salesman Tim Kaplan a day or two before Thanksgiving. He had the car for 2 weeks and then the car died on him while he was driving to work. So he called Tim and told him what happens and he was advised to bring it back to them. We had AAA tow it back and they’ve had the car since. They had the car for two weeks and they never reached out to tell him what was going on with the car. Finally last night him and his girlfriend went to the dealership and talk to his salesman to see what was going on and if they can put him in another car with equal payments and they were met with hostility and complete nope face lies about how the car was sold as is and they can’t do anything about switching him to another car. They car needs a new engine and whey want him to pay for it even though on the contract he signed it states he has a 30-day warranty. Last night when he told Tim Kaplan that he himself told him he have 40-days warranty if anything goes wrong with the car they will fix it, Kaplan told him nonchalantly that, this is something he tells his clients all the time and if he want to get the car fix then they will have to get an attorney. Haldeman Nissan still have the car and he is stuck without a car with his first payment due soon. I’m trying to figure out in what world is this fair when they knew the car had issues and they sold him that car. The worst part is that’s not the car he went to buy but yet was convinced into buying this car and now car is having problems and they refusing to fix it. He filed a complaint with the BBB and NJDCA and now he needs an attorney to haul their xxxxx to court. He reached out to the financing company and was told he has 10 day grace period before he has to make his first payment. Making the payments is not the issue, the issue is how and why should he have to pay for something he does not have nor is functioning? And car salesman wonder why people consider them to be xxxxxxxx! I am so livid! More

If I could give this place zero stars I definitely would! They’ll get you a car but they’ll scam you in the process. I do love my car but this car dealership has some very sneaky tactics and they know it. PA They’ll get you a car but they’ll scam you in the process. They had me put a 6,000 down payment on a 22,000 dollar car and somehow I still owed 25,000 on my loan and that’s before interest. I was told the down payment was going towards the cars cost but it clearly did not. If you’re looking for a car shop around first, don’t be foolish like me. They will try to sweet talk you and say it’s your credit or something else but it’s not. They just want more money for their pockets. Singh my car dealer was nice but a con and they registered my vehicle to the wrong address so getting my new registration was a nightmare. I even called Singh asking for help and he never called back after saying he would. Simply put, stay away from this place and if they claim they’re giving you a good deal, walk away, go to other dealerships and you’ll find out it’s not a good deal! Doesn’t matter if it’s the color or car you want the prices they list are lies and they’ll try to take more. I only try to leave positive reviews but what they’re doing at this dealership shouldn’t be legal. With the amount of people reporting the same problem it should be a class action lawsuit. If you financed a vehicle and you’re happy, please pay attention to your financials. It is not worth going into more debt then you can handle for a car or these cons! More

We went to buy a 2022 Nissan pro 4X that was advertised at a good price. A salesperson named Singh was great to deal with. We made sure that we were not interested in any dealer added on fees. All of a sudden we were switched to a sales manager who had a slew of xx dealer fees that raised the price substantially. He tried to justify the fees by saying since it was a used vehicle they had to check various items on the truck. I always thought that it was the responsibility to provide the customer with a safe vehicle as part of the sale price. I had come with a substantial down payment in the form of bank checks. We decided not to even entertain the act of negotiating with them. I took my down payment and bought a 2023 leftover at Raceway Nissan where we were not treated as though we were morons that didn't know what buying a vehicle entailed as far as dealer add-ons . More
