Smooth sailing! My salesperson, Mohammed, was very professional and although he did need to ask questions of his manager, which is normal for someone new on the job, My salesperson, Mohammed, was very professional and although he did need to ask questions of his manager, which is normal for someone new on the job, they were few and far between. I would not have guessed his age or the fact that he is new to sales. This is one salesperson I would not let go. He can only get better with time. He is courteous, knows the car inside out and no question I had was too small. Having managed up to 60 people in just one new, start up, ( and I do mean startup from finding the space, fitting over 120 people in it, including purchasing all the workspaces, writing software for the phone systems, hiring approx the 60 medical people with only 2 that had to be let go), I can tell Mohammed is going to be an asset to Performance Nissan. New tires I took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to Performance Nissan. My truck has 12,000 miles and my front tire passenger side was bald. I found that a little odd I took my 2017 Nissan Pathfinder to Performance Nissan. My truck has 12,000 miles and my front tire passenger side was bald. I found that a little odd. The service manager told me that because I never had them rotated this caused the baldness. While I agree I should’ve rotated them I do not feel that with 12,000 Miles the tire should be that bald. I mean on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10’being the best my tire got a 1. in any event I had to purchase a new tire. The staff was friendly, thorough and knowledgeable and the waiting room was comfortable and stocked with beverages. More
