Worst service experience I've ever had! Awful service department. My 1.5 year old car needed new rear brakes and rotors; in the process they rendered my parking brake non-operational. Before Awful service department. My 1.5 year old car needed new rear brakes and rotors; in the process they rendered my parking brake non-operational. Before I took it in for maintenance, I had no issues with the vehicle. Brought it back the next day and waited, they "fixed" it but when I came to leave I checked the brake and it didn't work, at all. I refused to take the car and they attempted a third pass at the repair (kept the car for the day) then gave it back. Next day driving on the highway my car starts shaking strongly and the rear wheel is smoking. New rotor is burnt, poor repair attempt and they now had a fourth pass at a routine brake job. I'm hoping it's fixed right this time, but I have no faith in their work. No apologies from them for the inconvenience or aggravation either *** Updarws review*** After five total visits after the initial service, it turns out there were bad parts that were used in the initial brake job this dealership performed and were causing my issue. The staff did try hard to please me, do the right thing and were eventually successful in fixing the issue. However, it did take an excessive amount of attempts to repair the issue that was caused by the parts that were the "value advantage” parts rather than the same part that was on the vehicle from the factory. Disappointing that lower quality parts would be used without my approval for a service I was fully paying for. More
