Almost Walked Out but Naz and Scott turned it all around My husband and I came in to purchase a lease deal that we saw online. Of course we started the wheeling and dealing that comes with car buying and we My husband and I came in to purchase a lease deal that we saw online. Of course we started the wheeling and dealing that comes with car buying and we were dealing with Naz as our sales person. Unfortunately no matter what numbers Naz was coming up with it was not going to work with us, though I admired that he was trying. When he had exhausted all options and knew I was walking out the door, Scott (GSM) came out and sat down, he too could not come up with the numbers I wanted. He ended up building a rapport with my husband and they discussed what was available in the range he was willing to spend. In the end my husband got a great car, Scott showed that he genuinely wanted to work with us in our price range and wanted to make sure he got what he needed from a dealership, which was great customer service from Naz, Nathalie and himself throughout the process so we were in an out in no time. I would highly recommend Performance Nissan in Butler. More
