Almost Walked Out but Naz and Scott turned it all around My husband and I came in to purchase a lease deal that we saw online. Unfortunately no matter what numbers Naz was coming up with it was not going to work with us, though I admired that he was trying. When he had exhausted all options and knew I was walking out the door, Scott (GSM) came out and sat down, he too could not come up with the numbers I wanted. He ended up building a rapport with my husband and they discussed what was available in the range he was willing to spend. In the end my husband got a great car, Scott showed that he genuinely wanted to work with us in our price range and wanted to make sure he got what he needed from a dealership, which was great customer service from Naz, Nathalie and himself throughout the process so we were in an out in no time.
