It’s always stressful looking for a new vehicle and I generally find dealerships very overwhelming. I have to say I didn’t feel this way at all with route 23 Nissan. We went over what I was looking for and the budget I had to work with. From the beginning I had a good feeling because he was not the typical sales guy putting pressure on the customer. He really took into account what worked for me and went above and beyond to make it happen. To me, showing he was genuinely there to help me was so nice and not seen often. I highly recommend if you’re looking for a car to speak with Zain. He won’t disappoint and you’ll walk out happy. 5 stars. Thank you! More

Buyers beware! This dealership tries to roll in extra costs (approx 6k!!) After sitting down for over 3 hrs and walking out, I cant believe all the similar experi This dealership tries to roll in extra costs (approx 6k!!) After sitting down for over 3 hrs and walking out, I cant believe all the similar experiences that I just experienced a couple hrs ago! I was interested in a used car, sat down and negotiated a discounted price When my salesman went to finance (a guy who stated today) they came back with escalated costs of almost 6000!! Tried to tell me these costs were not optional When I told him there was no deal he reworked his numbers and removed those additional costs (which I thought) until he came back a third time after I requested to see a breakdown of all my costs He was hesitant and asked if he showed me do we have a deal? I told him no deal until I see the breakdown Well the breakdown had the original escalated costs (which he told me he removed) but reduced Manipulation experts , ridiculous tactics and l tried to lie their way through I told him no deal and walked out I will make sure everyone I knows how this dealership operates and may even escalate to corporate for wasting my time I’d like to add that the salesman Shawn tried his best and made every effort to make me a satisfied customer but infortinalty was out of his control He was courteous and did his job but as for the finance guy(never did get his name but he started today) More
