WARNING ERRONEOUS FEES ADDED TO EVERY DEAL CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS IF YOU HAVE BROUGHT ALREADY AND IF YOU HAVEN’ BUYER BEWARE OF 4K WORTH OF BS FEES ! WARNING ERRONEOUS FEES ADDED TO EVERY DEAL CHECK YOUR CONTRACTS IF YOU HAVE BROUGHT ALREADY AND IF YOU HAVEN’T PLEASE STAY AWAY ! I called on a Friday attempting to make a purchase for a car and after some back and fourth with Stephanie over the weekend. She told me I had a pre approval for a car I choose. I arranged to come in that Monday and check it out to finalize the deal. I arrive and Stephanie introduces me to a salesman who has no idea about any of my situation all which was explained over the weekend with Stephanie. No issue I go over everything with him he gets the keys and brings the car around. The car was in horrible condition about 3/4 dings and multiple deep scratches as well as the front bumper was sticking out. No problem it’s a used car I get it I ask if they have any other options in better condition they show me a 2018 Nissan rouge SL in better shape and lower mileage but I notice the brakes are worn tires are bald nothing that can’t be negotiated or replaced so I figure why not let me negotiate on this one. As we come back into the office Pete the salesman sees another customer he was dealing with prior and hands me off to another female rep near by who has no idea about anything from the weekend conversations I’ve had or anything I’ve just told to Pete. She also was dealing with another customer who had returned with complaints with a car purchased from her over the weekend no surprise there. So now I’m frustrated because I have to reexplain my situation again to another sales person who then goes on to ask has anyone DISCLOSED THE FEES TO ME ! Well of course not .... she then tells me it’s $1999 dealer reconditioning fee and a $1995 certification fee. 1st off the car I was buying was not certified by Nissan and was being sold as is so why do I have to pay a “certification fee” second issue if your charging me a reconditioning fee why does the car have so many issues and defects ? I asked the sales manager who came over why would any dealer charge you such bs fees they can’t even justify his response was you know who “ ROUTE 23 NISSAN DOES “ and he said it proudly as if it was in there company slogan. If your shopping for a car stay far from this place the whole sales process is bait and switch get you thru the door then stuff you with all these erroneous fees to make up the profit they lost for marking the car so cheap to get you thru the door ! Let’s not even mention the $699 doc fee. This place is a joke I HIGHLY ADVISE AGAINST THIS PLACE ! More

I was looking to finance a 2017 Infiniti in Nov. and after reading many dealership reviews and price comparing - I went to Route 23 Nissan. I was only expecting to test drive the car that day but I ende after reading many dealership reviews and price comparing - I went to Route 23 Nissan. I was only expecting to test drive the car that day but I ended up financing the Infiniti with Karl and returning my rental car to enterprise across the street. The Q60 is definitely a sweet ride! Unfortunately I had to wait a little over a month to receive the registration/plates due to Covid and the DMV slow down. To my surprise, I ran into a few issues when i went to inspect it this month (Jan). I called the dealership and told them about my situation and after speaking to a few service representatives and managers, Diane (I hope i spelled it right) offered me assistance. I am bringing the car back to get it inspected in a few days but I am very grateful that she took the time to listen to me and offer me help 2 months after I bought the car. It's good to know that some dealerships do care about their clients and making sure that they have a good experience even after driving their car off the lot. Although i'm in Long Island NY, I will be taking the drive to continue doing business with this dealership. I will definitely speak highly about their customer service to my friends & family, coworkers and business clients. Thanks! More
