I'm not one to write reviews, but one must be written so as to help others save their time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I called to ask if the CPO car I saw on their website was the actual price. I was t as to help others save their time. DO NOT GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP. I called to ask if the CPO car I saw on their website was the actual price. I was told yes and proceeded to schedule a test drive. When we sat down to talk numbers, the car ended up being $4000 over their listed price. When I mentioned I spoke to the receptionist who stated the car was the actual price, he asked did I read the fine print. We were being charged to certify the car even though carfax showed it was done two months prior. They will not negotiate with you if you are trying to buy cash. They had us sitting there for 4 hours, with a baby, and tried to strong arm us into purchasing the car and putting insurance before allowing us to see the final financing agreement which had even more charges aside from the doc fee and taxes. The car would've ended up being over $9,000 of the advertised price. When we were walking out, they tried to guilt trip us and spoke down to us. All in all, don't bother. They are RUDE. All they care about is money. They will not respect your time, they will not respect YOU. One minute they'll play nice, then switch on you. More
We used this dealership for service twice this year. First oil change, they forgot to fully tighten oil drain plug (only finger tight), causing an oil puddle on my garage floor. My husband had to craw First oil change, they forgot to fully tighten oil drain plug (only finger tight), causing an oil puddle on my garage floor. My husband had to crawl under vehicle to tighten plug. They also broke the tip of the support rod that holds the hood up, which they replaced once we complained. They gave us a free oil change for our troubles, which we used a few months later. The technican that worked on the car spilled oil on the engine and didn't wipe it off. This caused us to have a horrible odor, once we started using the car. It did eventually burn off, thank goodness. The staff were very nice, but the quality of the people that work in the repair/service is troublesome. I would be afraid to have my Nissan/Xterra worked on again at this service center. More
WELCOME LEMON FACTORY... id give them ZERO stars... but my salesman was nice and helpful . I Purchased my 2019 Mercedes AMG e53 August 19th... everything started off well... was greeted by a salesman named my salesman was nice and helpful . I Purchased my 2019 Mercedes AMG e53 August 19th... everything started off well... was greeted by a salesman named NORI. He was very professional and helped me out alot with making my purchase. I drove off with my car by 6:00PM.... by August 20th 3:00 pm my car had a check engine light on ,said that it was overheating and completely SHUTDOWN. Mind you this was a $70,000 vehicle and i put down 15k cash... how could this be!? I called a gentleman named " Mo" and he assisted me immediately and got me in contact with someone named " Ray". Ray basically tells me " I sell the cars I don't fix them ". He then spoke to Andre . they asked me to bring the car back in but after a few mins of back and forth they agreed to send a tow truck . Andre arranged for a pickup and towed my car back .That was the 201st... today is sept 2nd and i have yet to get any information about my vehicle. I have called EVERY single day ... have left numerous messages and nothing. They tell me my car is at Mercedes but cannot even tell me which location so that I can contact them directly.... I had to take a bus from queens all the way to new jersey just to even pick up a loaner. Not to mention my first payment is approaching and I haven't even driven the vehicle more than 50 miles yet. It as if once they got my money and I left I was no longer important... I asked about the lemon law and they said I cannot return the car even though I literally only drove it 32 miles before it crapped out on me. buyer beware... please be very cautious when purchasing a used car from this location... and not expect and special treatment if an issue occurs ( so i wrote this review on the second but never posted it because the called me and said the car was ready... they said they fixed a few things but i gave them the benefit of the doubt.. BIG MISTAKE) ~SEPT 6TH update i was called to pick up my car sept 3rd.... i take off work to pick up my vehicle sept 4th .. and suprise surpirse... it BREAKS down AGAIN!!! i didn't even make it home. i had to get the car towed with my child in the car and this was a major inconvenience... do you think route 23 nissan cared?...NO i called OMAR.. and he was very helpful and agreed this is ridiculous .. he told me he will speak with the GM to contact me.. i have heard NOTHING ...NO.. i have been calling RAY REDDOCK the " general manager" and he has been ducking my calls... go figure this is the same man who told me "I JUST SELL THE CARS"... PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY. i will be contacting them with my lawyer to get my money back More
False advertising! Add another $4,000 to their online price. They claim that this is a Pre Delivery Inspection fee on a Used vehicle. The vehicle we looked at was only 2 1/2 years old with 20k in mileage price. They claim that this is a Pre Delivery Inspection fee on a Used vehicle. The vehicle we looked at was only 2 1/2 years old with 20k in mileage. I can't imagine it needed $4000 in work to make it sellable and if it did, that's disgusting. I would not buy a Nissan if they need that much work after 2 1/2 years. First time I've ever seen this trickery with a dealership. Would expect this from a shady place, but not a dealership. Will not be giving this dealership any of my business. More
I am incredibly displeased with my experience at Route 23 Nissan. I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX50 from them. There were some issues with the car that the salesman Karl Baruch informed me they would fix befo Nissan. I purchased a 2017 Infiniti QX50 from them. There were some issues with the car that the salesman Karl Baruch informed me they would fix before I picked up the car. I purchased the car on a Saturday and made plans to pick it up on Thursday when the check was issued from my credit union. Karl reached out several times to try and get me to come get it early, and assured me everything had been completed and it was good to go. I reminded him of my scheduled Thursday pickup, which he said was fine. I arrive on Thursday to pick it up, and to my surprise Karl tells me that they have just begun to work on my car and it should be ready soon. The car was finally "ready" for me about 5 hours later. I was assured all repairs were done, but I had a funny feeling they were not so I brought the car right to my personal mechanic. He confirmed they did the absolute bare minimum and neglected many of the other issues. The oil came out as a black sludge, the filters were a disgusting dark black color, no new front tires, and a leaking sunroof. When I returned to discuss with the manager on duty that day, Ray Reddock, he initially told me that mistakes happen and they probably just forgot to service my car. A few minutes later when discussing the lack of an oil change Ray pointed out to me that perhaps they didn't do it because of the covid oil shortage. That was certainly a new one to me. I also asked why I was charged $299 to have the windows etched, when the CarFax showed that was done by Infiniti when the car was purchased. On this subject they basically just kept passing me off in a circle around the dealership. Ray told me to confirm with the service manager Andre that it was done. Andre was unable to confirm this, and had no explanation as to why it would have been done twice. My mechanic again confirmed it was only on there once and that the dealership was charging me for something they did not do. When all was said and done, I ended up paying over $6k more than the advertised price. Karl explained that the advertised price is only if you finance with them. Since I did not this was the result. Karl also knew my wife from a previous job, and pointed out to me that she now looks better, as he always remembered her being a big girl. It was offensive and unprofessional, but ended up being a good indication of the type of moral character the employees of this dealership have. I would never go back to them, and I urge anyone thinking of going there to reconsider. In the end they did fix the cars issues but only after I noticed on my own and followed up. How many other people aren't so fortunate and get stuck with a bad car because they took this dealership at their word that they did what they said they did. Very dishonest people. There are better places to spend your money. Stay away! More
This dealership is filled with liars and thieves. I visited the showroom on August 20 to follow-up with the online process. Prior to arriving, the person who booked my appointment confirmed pricing was visited the showroom on August 20 to follow-up with the online process. Prior to arriving, the person who booked my appointment confirmed pricing was as provided and would be honored. When I arrived at my appointment time, I was made to wait for 30 minutes, only to meet with a new salesperson who had no idea of the previously agreed to price. I met with the sales manager who wouldn't honor a price remotely close ($4000 difference) to what was previously agreed, I am so glad I left this dealership; I ended up going to another Nissan and got an even better deal than I was given online by Route 23 Nissan. Added plus, the other dealership respected my time much better than Route 23 Nissan did. More

To be straightforward the experience was a disaster. The salesperson lied about how long the car was on the market, the car was not ready and in extremely poor condition for the price. Overall would not rec salesperson lied about how long the car was on the market, the car was not ready and in extremely poor condition for the price. Overall would not recommend. More
