Their price was amazing, but it was too good to be true. In addition to standard documentation charge, they had a $3500.00 "Dealer Fee" that was unbelievable to hear. Even adjusting for the dealer fee, it was still a good deal. Then they estimated my trade (since I am in GA) and they were a full $8000 less than the other dealers I was working with. Be very careful with their pricing method. It grabs attention, but they are anything but transparent. More

Seriously, don't waste a trip. This dealer seems to only be interested in selling cars to suckers. I recognize that most dealers advertise one price and then hit you with dicey fees once it's time to settl be interested in selling cars to suckers. I recognize that most dealers advertise one price and then hit you with dicey fees once it's time to settle on a price, but these guys take that to a new level. I went to see a car that was advertised for about 20K. After wasting a bunch of time listening to how tight the market is and how I don't know anything about car prices, and how much work had to be put into the car (which had less than 50K miles on it, so how much work could hit possibly have needed?), I was finally told I wouldn't be able to get a car like that for less than 28K, no matter where I went. I proved them wrong the next day and bought the same make and model (only in better shape and with fewer miles) for what I expected to pay, and what KBB, Edmunds, etc., estimated book value should be. Don't believe their nonsense. Shop around, do your homework, check book values, and be patient. This is a bait and gouge factory. Keep your distance. More
Went for a test drive of a car I saw on the internet. Price was shown in the ad and it was stated it was a certified used car. Loved car and we where working out the pricing and an additional $8000 dollars was added to price. That did not include taxes and registration. Was told it was for the inspection and certifying of car. But it was already stated in ad with old price that it was certified. Told them I did not want them to do it again and was told that is how they sold cards and could not sell it without doing it. I feel I was brought into the dealer using false statements in ad. They are very shady practices at this dealer. More
AVOID EVER GOING TO ROUTE 23 NISSAN! If your car breaks down in front of this dealership, please take my advice and have it towed somewhere else. I took my Nissan just to have the fluids changed for a roa down in front of this dealership, please take my advice and have it towed somewhere else. I took my Nissan just to have the fluids changed for a road trip. Driving the car back I noticed a noise. I brought it back the very next day. I rode with a mechanic who recommended repairs based on this new noise. I should share the fact that my car was now leaking in multiple places from the original fluid changes just one day prior. Route 23 Nissan has now had the car for 10 days, they have done thousands of dollars in recommended repairs and still can get my car right. Their Part Department has no parts, so you always loose a day to a parts order. The parts department has on two separate occasions either not ordered the parts and then ordered the wrong part twice. I was told their best technician was working on my car. They still don't have a clue how to fix my car which never had an issue or a warning light before Route 23 Nissan opened the hood. The salesperson Re: Butler Nissan If you like 'bait and switch, this is the dealer for you. I offered the full asking price on a 2020 used vehicle. I was looking at a 2018 Nissan Maxima SL that I saw online. I saw it the first day it appeared online and called to inquire. I was told that the car was going through inspection and nothing could be online. I saw it the first day it appeared online and called to inquire. I was told that the car was going through inspection and nothing could be done as far as moving forward until the care came out of inspection. This was a long distance purchase to be clear, and I didn't want to miss a chance to buy the vehicle so I asked to be sure I was contacted ASAP when it became available. I was assured I'd be contacted first, I was going to be top of the list as I was the first inquiry. Within a day or so I got a call back and spoke with Stephanie (who also goes by Jessica for some reason). She took all of my information, ran my credit, and took a $1,000 deposit over the phone so that the car wouldn't be sold out from under me while we were putting the deal together. Stephanie and I also discussed the "market adjustment value fee", which basically is an additional amount of money that increases the cost of the price of the car. The market value adjustment fee was $4,000, which I agreed to pay half. Stephanie got this approved and then I was then passed off to finance, Moe, who started putting together terms that were crazy for someone who has an 800+ credit score and putting down a substantial down payment ($12k-$14K). When I questioned him he stated he would check on this and that and call me back. Well I then received a call from Gregg, the sales manager, who tried to explain why the numbers are so high. He then of course was asking questions that had already been asked and answered and said Moe would be getting back to me. Gregg also assured me that he could be reached on his cell phone until 9 in the evening in the event there were any further issues. This made me feel somewhat better. Moe did begin to text back but never phoned me. He kept sending me different terms and rates with no explanation and even when asked for a call back he did not. I called several times to both Moe and Gregg with no response. Finally the next day I call and find out they are off of work, so I still have no resolution and they are sitting on my down payment. After all of this being ignored (I feel like because not only am I a female but also because this was a long distance deal and I wasn't sitting right in their faces.) I end up calling Stephanie back and let her know of all of my frustrations and she puts me in touch with the General Manager, Ray. Now we are getting somewhere, NOPE. He got all of my information, we went over the terms and he assured me he'd call me back with further info. He did call me back and was able to get me the rate I should have had to begin with (2.49% not 4.99%) as Moe stated. He said he'd have the paperwork sent out to me the following day (FedEx) and that I'd be hearing from Gregg with final numbers and tracking info. So now 4 days in I finally hear from Gregg at almost 5 p.m. on a Friday and of course the paperwork can't go out that late, it would be Saturday he said. I reminded him that is not what Ray said would happen, but of course it made no difference. Saturday came and went and no FedEx tracking number. Sunday they are closed. Monday morning I immediately called Ray and of course he was in a meeting and didn't return my message. I called 2-3 more times before finally speaking with him and he says he'll call me in an hour to give me the tracking information for the paperwork as it should be going out soon if it hadn't already. An hour came and went as did 2-3 others and I called back and then was told by Ray he'd call me in 10 minutes with an update. This time he did call back as promised however the update was that "the car can't be sold", it had just come out of final inspection and found out it had some issue with the chassy and it was unsafe to sell. This of course was a crock of poop!!! I told him as much and he insisted the car had been sent back to auction due to the chassy issue, which wasn't identified in the first inspection?!?! Bottom line, they sold the car over the weekend to someone who would pay the entire $4,000 market value adjustment fee while they were sitting on my $1,000 down payment to secure the sale of the car to me. This dealership is full of crooks and liars and I would strongly advise to stay far far away. If you decide to use them at least watch your back because they are standing guard with a knife to stab you with. Under the laws of mutual assent I could file a lawsuit and potentially win, but I refuse to waste anymore time with these lying, womanizing, xxxxxx. More
