Zain was difficult to work with. After the purchase, he didn't respond to phone calls or emails in regards to the service that was promised. The management seems to have a toxic relationship with all of the sales people, and it shoes that the management doesn't respect their employees. I don't recommend Route 23 Nissan. Save the trouble and buy online. I'll never use them again. More
