I have a brand new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder 10k miles. Air condition doesn’t work. They say it’s a faulty part. Part is on back order. After spending 42k on a car they want me to rent a car. tl;dr They went an extra mile for me, but absolutely watch out for their crazy-high dealer fees. I was searching for an Acura RDX via Autotrader.com and came across what I thought was a smashing deal watch out for their crazy-high dealer fees. I was searching for an Acura RDX via Autotrader.com and came across what I thought was a smashing deal for a 2019 A-Spec version. I requested info via the site and was immediately contacted by one of Route 23 Nissan's sales reps named Carlos. He got me a test drive later that same day. Carlos was an excellent sales person; great conversation, made sure I understood the features of my vehicle, and got the vehicle some quick service while I waited. Due to an unfortunate timing issue with a wire transfer, I couldn't take possession of the car that day. Their finance manager wouldn't release the car because the wire transfer would complete the next day; seriously they already had possession of my trade-in and I couldn't drive it home (insurance was already transferred). Not cool. Carlos was accommodating and helped get me a ride back to my home and also made arrangements to get back to the dealership the following day. To my surprise, instead of bringing me back he personally delivered the car to my home. For that, I have to say it was super awesome. Total thumbs up to Carlos. I'll end this with, somehow through dealer fees the $36k car became $47k. I even traded in a car for $13k and after that amount was applied there were more fees ($699 for documentation?!) then taxes applied. The $36k deal ended up being $37k when all was said and done. I felt there was a lot of hand waving of the explanation for these fees and felt I had no option to negotiate them. Perhaps I should have pushed harder. Buyer beware, they may bring you in with a low vehicle price but those fees they tack on probably made that deal look worse. I'm happy with my vehicle, but a few days after, I'm realizing those extra fees left a bad taste in my mouth and reminded me why the whole 'car buying experience' really sucks. More

They are trying to convince me that the approval of my loan was determined and constructed on the terms that GAP insurance and EXTENDED WARRANTY be included. This is not true. I contacted my financial institution where they stated that this is NOT the case. They call those things Add-on's". Don't be fooled people, It clearly states in the contract that it's OPTIONAL. I went into the dealership and asked about it and one of the finance agents gave me that BS excuse. The price of my car also went up SIGNIFICANTLY because of all these UNNECESSARY fees. Additionally, you cannot EVER get in touch with anyone past the receptionist. You are immediately placed on hold until it disconnects over and over again. Im also dissatisfied with my experience at this dealership. I had to drive to Butler from SI just to get some answers. I'm disappointed and also embarrassed that my cousin also has the same experience. We spoke to a sales manager about our grievances and you'd think he would correct his finance agent because he knew better. I guess they are all into scamming honest hard working people over there at this dealership. I don’t recommend anyone buy a vehicle at ROUTE 23 Nissan in Butler period. It’s the WORST !!! More

I didn't have high expectations considering most dealerships ignore a customer not looking to spend but I was pleasantly surprised at the assistance I received. I was given a "VIP Tour" of the showroom by Karl and even got to test drive one of the cars I had been eyeing online for weeks. I ended up falling in love with it and purchasing the car right then and there with no pressure whatsoever. I sat down with Tom who finalized the paperwork for me and even offered me a cold drink from the fridge. They offered me a higher trade in for my Rogue than I was expecting which was the icing on the cake. The car was delivered right to my house. It was a really simple sale and Karl and Tom followed up with me afterwards. 10/10 Really glad I stopped in here. More
I saw a certified pre-owned vehicle online, came in to test drive it. I had to wait 2 hours to see the car. When I finally saw the car, it was dirty (was not washed before test drive). I noticed they were jump starting the car which I inquired about. I was told the car have been sitting in the parking lot. OK. I also was told the car will be clean and inspected before I take it home after finalizing sales. I waited 5 hours to finalize everything. I was given the car with no gas and a dead battery. I got home and the car did not start the next day. I had to go back for them to put a brand new battery. OMG! I am so disappointed with this dealership. I feel they only cared about making sales more than customer satisfaction. More

DO NOT BE FOOLED. FALSE MARKETING!!! Online price is not accurate. Went to the dealership after seeing a car we were interested in online, got a quote from a sales per FALSE MARKETING!!! Online price is not accurate. Went to the dealership after seeing a car we were interested in online, got a quote from a sales person that matched the online price, when going to purchase it the next day was told that there were additional hidden fees, incentives, and the car was 15k more! nothing was disclosed on the website and they still tried to mark it up even after admitting that the website did not have information on the fees and additional line items they were charging us for. False marketing and illegal business practice. More
