They list their cars at a decent price but then require you to purchase dealer accessories totaling almost $4,000. So when you're ready to buy, your out-the-door costs including car price, taxes, and fees you to purchase dealer accessories totaling almost $4,000. So when you're ready to buy, your out-the-door costs including car price, taxes, and fees ends up being $6,000 more than what's listed. If you're hoping to negotiate a FAIR price, save your energy and time - they're glued to TrueCar estimates and won't consider a dollar less. Also, I've reached out to management multiple times regarding the unsatisfactory service and haven't heard a peep. More
Bought a used car sight unseen. They advised, after inspecting it, that it looked a brand new car. They deliver the vehicle at night. Next morning I notice a cracked side view mirr They advised, after inspecting it, that it looked a brand new car. They deliver the vehicle at night. Next morning I notice a cracked side view mirror, a large dent and paint that didn’t look right due to too much buffing. I guess they consider that “brand new” but I don’t. They clearly lied to me just to make this sale. Hard pass!!! Very unscrupulous!!!! More
Terrible dealership. Bait and switch tactics in full steam at this place. Beware. They seem to list cars a low cost to get you in the door, then hit you with a $3,000.00 Bait and switch tactics in full steam at this place. Beware. They seem to list cars a low cost to get you in the door, then hit you with a $3,000.00 safety fee to get the cars price up. Karl then tells you its in their disclaimer, yet it clearly says "optional" I told Karl I never heard of such a thing. If you need a Nissan, go some place else! More
We dealt with Alex, Ronnie, and Ray. They were all very helpful and pleasant. They took the time to answer our many questions and explain things to us. They were all very helpful and pleasant. They took the time to answer our many questions and explain things to us. More
They had a car advertised at $42,855, or maybe it was 885, not sure. Called, said I’d like to buy this car cash. After not hearing from anybody for 2 1/2 hours, finally I hear back from the salesman, wh 885, not sure. Called, said I’d like to buy this car cash. After not hearing from anybody for 2 1/2 hours, finally I hear back from the salesman, who tells me that the car will be the 40 to 855, plus around $6000 for CPO, and “reconditioning“. Car has 11,000 miles. Asked to speak to general manager, got somebody on the phone that said they were sales manager, and said they would be happy to sell me the car with no CPL, for $45,000 and change because I’m paying cash. Not including taxes, or dealer fees. So they boosted the price of the car 3k because I wanted to pay cash. This isn’t the first dealer that this has happened to me with today, but I’m in negotiations with the other two. I wouldn’t recommend this dealership to my worst enemy. I’ve already called the Better Business Bureau, and Nissan, and Infiniti customer service. And will continue to put them on blast on social media further extremely poor business practices. Looking at the reviews on Google, I’m not the only one. More

I recently purchased a 2018 Audi from this dealer- I immensely regret giving them my business. I go in to test drive, and realize this car has major safety issues the dealer did not fix- worn brakes and immensely regret giving them my business. I go in to test drive, and realize this car has major safety issues the dealer did not fix- worn brakes and tires. They agreed to fix these issues ahead of purchase, which I was glad to see (see written confirmation below). After the test drive, they tried to hit me with $5,000 in nonsense fees on top of the listed price. I was ready to walk away, and suddenly these fees became "negotiable" and I got the car for a few thousand above listed price (you will never get a car from this dealer at the price listed, classic bait and switch). I called my salesperson, Nikita, to confirm that the tires and brakes were replaced ahead of pick up. She swore up and down the work had been done. Less than 3 weeks later, the brakes are squealing and I took the car to my trusted mechanic. They lied to my face and kept the worn brake discs on the car! This dealer would rather send off customers in unsafe cars to save $300 in parts on a $40k car. Absolutely despicable. I've tried to contact the dealer by phone and email many times and no one has called me back. I wanted to give them a chance to make this right, and they have no interest in doing so. The so called "safety checks" they perform on the cars they sell are fraudulent, just like they are. Buyer beware and stay away! More
I have a brand new 2022 Nissan Pathfinder 10k miles. Air condition doesn’t work. They say it’s a faulty part. Part is on back order. After spending 42k on a car they want me to rent a car. Won’t giv Air condition doesn’t work. They say it’s a faulty part. Part is on back order. After spending 42k on a car they want me to rent a car. Won’t give me a loaner. Now I know why people buy Toyotas and the resale is so much higher. Never again will I buy another. I will trade in asap and get a used 4 runner. Nissan Corp should have given the ok. Not a good company More
tl;dr They went an extra mile for me, but absolutely watch out for their crazy-high dealer fees. I was searching for an Acura RDX via Autotrader.com and came across what I thought was a smashing deal watch out for their crazy-high dealer fees. I was searching for an Acura RDX via Autotrader.com and came across what I thought was a smashing deal for a 2019 A-Spec version. I requested info via the site and was immediately contacted by one of Route 23 Nissan's sales reps named Carlos. He got me a test drive later that same day. Carlos was an excellent sales person; great conversation, made sure I understood the features of my vehicle, and got the vehicle some quick service while I waited. Due to an unfortunate timing issue with a wire transfer, I couldn't take possession of the car that day. Their finance manager wouldn't release the car because the wire transfer would complete the next day; seriously they already had possession of my trade-in and I couldn't drive it home (insurance was already transferred). Not cool. Carlos was accommodating and helped get me a ride back to my home and also made arrangements to get back to the dealership the following day. To my surprise, instead of bringing me back he personally delivered the car to my home. For that, I have to say it was super awesome. Total thumbs up to Carlos. I'll end this with, somehow through dealer fees the $36k car became $47k. I even traded in a car for $13k and after that amount was applied there were more fees ($699 for documentation?!) then taxes applied. The $36k deal ended up being $37k when all was said and done. I felt there was a lot of hand waving of the explanation for these fees and felt I had no option to negotiate them. Perhaps I should have pushed harder. Buyer beware, they may bring you in with a low vehicle price but those fees they tack on probably made that deal look worse. I'm happy with my vehicle, but a few days after, I'm realizing those extra fees left a bad taste in my mouth and reminded me why the whole 'car buying experience' really sucks. More
