I ran over a curb with my 2019 Nissan Leaf two weeks ago. Since then, it feels like the suspension is busted given my butt hurts whenever I drive the car, the car vibrates on even smooth roads, and I can see Since then, it feels like the suspension is busted given my butt hurts whenever I drive the car, the car vibrates on even smooth roads, and I can see many people staying way behind me, for they fear of being close to my car. I took my car to the Nissan 23 dealer in Butler, NJ, and they keep saying that everything is okay. This can't be right, given I can *feel* the car's suspension is not working. The service manager even took the car onto the road with me, and he say it was normal road vibrations. This dealer is full of xx and it is clear they can't even fix this problem. I am now very desperate to get this car fix, yet I don't know who I can turn to. Nissan 23 sucks! I do not want to come back to this place again. :( More
I have had the most absurd experience at this dealership, It all started on Friday when I went to the dealership which is about 2 hours away from me I live in Brooklyn. I got to the dealership, I had a appointment and then I had to wait for a while before this gentleman from sales with the name MOE started “taking care of me” I had prior been looking at this M550i for about 3 days and then the person “MOE” brought the car out to me and I took a look at the car and everything was great loved the car. Now it was too late for me to buy the car at that time because I had my father co signing me and he had work that day so the guy “MOE “ gave me his guarantee that this car is for you all he asked me was for a 500 dollars deposit and I wa going to come the next day and get the car he gave me a receipt for the deposit and everything was fine.Now it’s the day that I am going to get the car I had already called State Farm in the morning and got a paid for a policy for the car because me and MOE Had been texting and he had started the paperwork process for me I had filled out a loan application online as he requested me to do so and then me and my father started heading to the dealership with all smiles and happy. We are 30 mins away from the dealership mind you I had gotten the go from them that everything is good to go and then MOE calls me and says hey there are some other people here that are trying to buy the car and I am like huh? That’s insane Because I payed the deposit, payed for my insurance and my father took a day off from work to come and do this with me and you are going to do this the last minute when you have guaranteed that this deposit is for the car and when the time came to get the car you are saying that the car is sold and the deposit will be returned to me in 72 hours which I still have to get. I have had the worst experience at this dealership and wasted my money and time. More

As others have noted, the list price was super low, and then with the add-ons, totaled more than $6,000 ++ in June of 2022 Since then I have found out that the car had serious issues flagged by the last owner back in October of 2021 relating to the headlights and the fact that they daily don't work properly. This was never fixed by the dealer, nor disclosed. Put us in a very precarious situation last week with the pouring rain and headlights that didn't work. Additionally, they have never provided us with the documentation that the car actually had it's dealer CPO inspection, between the last owner and myself. They did however charge me a $1,495 for that inspection. And the CPO warranty that they gave me is in the wrong name, even though they had over 4 forms of ID with the correct name. Still not fixed, 3 months later. Basically, If you want to get ripped off, go to this dealer. Otherwise steer your business far far away!! More
