I just wanted to take a moment and express the horrible experience we had at this dealership. We found the perfect vehicle on line for a great price so we drove an hour and a half to go see it. We absolutely loved the car but when the time came to buy everything changed. They tried to tack on additional costs and fees. We said we were walking but they were holding the keys to our trade hostage so we couldn’t. After back and forth and refusal of these fees we ultimately came to a price on the vehicle we agreed upon because we did love it so much. When we arrived in the finance office the price of the vehicle was increased by $4,000 over the agreed amount. The finance manager that was working with us was understanding and did ultimately get us to the agreed price after he called in the “ pit bull” partner that was arrogant and condescending and tried to strong arm me into something. I’m not an idiot or a charity case I was paying cash so I told him you aren’t doing us any favors. He Got angry and stomped out of the room. It gets better. They were charging us for etching… not done. Ceramic coat… not done. They did provide a we owe for some minor cosmetic issues and tires. We left the vehicle there to have these items repaired. Two weeks pass and no one has any idea about our vehicle they actually asked if I knew where the vehicle was. I finally get a call that it is ready. My husband shows up and the tires are on but no body work was repaired. They made a promise to come get the car to live up to the we owe they said they will detail it and fill it with gas since that was never done. They did come get the vehicle and provided a loaner car. Two weeks pass and the car is done supposedly. We arrive it is filthy out of gas and they only fixed one out of four items on a legally binding we owe contract. The service manager said he will contact us Monday to make good on the repairs. That was over a month ago and nothing. Our sales person Karla was a robot. Repeating the same statements over and over without providing any information like it was scripted and a mandatory answer. The communication between the team was horrific Karla was always out sick so we couldn’t speak to her and no one else had any information. Still waiting for Karla to return call but not holding my breath. I will never deal with them again. We spent 50,000 dollars on a vehicle that we do love. Did the repairs on our own because we are fortunate enough to do so. I urge people to please stay far away from these scam artists. I don’t know how a reputable car company like Nissan allows this behavior under their name. They are obviously doing something wrong if the majority of their reviews are one star. More

My wife found nice used Rogue on website listed as CPO made appointment and drove hour to go see. Vehicle was there had a do not sell tag on it which we assumed was because it was very dirty and needed to made appointment and drove hour to go see. Took for test drive with another person because our salesperson was busy with another customer. Upon starting the car the front collision indicator was lit and I pointed this out to our salesperson. He pushed button on steering wheel and had no answer. On the test drive the light went out and everything seemed fine so we proceeded with purchasing discussions. He came back from Managers office with price which included a significant mark up from Web and CPO was not included but it was ELIGIBLE for 5K more!!!! Decided not to get CPO since miles were so low and all our past Nissan's were great. Proceeded with purchase attempted to write a personal check for deposit and they wouldn't accept, we told them we did not need to take the car now and they could wait for check to clear but they were really persistent about completing the transaction that day so I gave credit card for deposit. Took car home that day all was good. Approximately 3 weeks after we got a call from our salesperson saying we needed to return it the new windshield was in. I asked why and there was no clear answer as to why. Very confused I contacted MY local Nissan service advisor and she checked and did not see any open tickets in their system for why it needed to be changed but she said let them and if any issues arise it's on them. So I called salesperson back made appointment for a Sat. so I wouldn't lose any time from work. When I was called later in week to confirm by service dept. said I was going to wait since I'm an hour away and was told they don't do glass work on Sat. only on Thurs so made another appointment for a Thurs again saying I was going to wait and was told by Service Mgr to be there 8:30 so I'd be first in. I sat and waited over 3 hours asking for status from advisor and was told I don't know who to told you to come so early glass guy doesn't usually get here til 11:30-12. I informed them Svc Mgr did and went back to sit and wait. Glass guy arrived 11:45 swapped windshield and I asked if camera had to be recalibrated and he and the advisor said no. I took the vehicle and did not attempt to use cruise control but when I did it said camera obstructed!! Made another appointment for another day drove back to the dealership, sat in waiting area for long time finally was told replacement windshield was not a Nissan windshield it was aftermarket and they would have to order another. The SVc Mgr did apologize and offered to come pick up so I didn't have to make the drive again. Two times they cancelled my appointment with excuses. Finally vehicle was picked up on a Thurs and returned to me @ 5 days later and so far seems OK. Numerous phone calls during this whole process went unanswered and clear answers were never provided. My assumption now is vehicle never should have been sold in the first place until it was in proper working condition. If it was to be sold then full disclosure should have been made. The customer service and purchase experience here was terrible. More
