Hello Alanna Thank you for your response but not sure if this is an automated response due to the review I wrote or if it is sincere. I actually did reach out to you during this process but you were also unavailable. I was told you would return my calls but never did. We purchased a Jaguar F-Pace on September 29th and traded in our XT5. I’m not sure at this point what you will do to come to a resolution but you have my (Mike) and my husbands (Brian) phone numbers in our paperwork if you would like to reach out to us. The reason why we wrote this review is to advise other buyers to be cautious when dealing with your establishment.

Not a shot!! Your dealership is so shady, I would walk before buying a vehicle from you!! To every potential buyer: route 23 Nissan advertises one prove and when you get there, tacks on 6k for “ deal prep”. Manager Mike tried to tell me “all dealers charge that much “. They don’t!
