I expected more but got less. First, there was a 15-minute wait before a salesperson acknowledged my presence. And, that was after I checked in with the receptionist! Then they tried to add two fees: one for 2k and another for 3k. Something about a vehicle review and a vehicle service. JUNK FEES!!! More
