I urge everyone to exercise caution when dealing with this particular dealership as they engage in unprofessional practices. My ordeal began when I purchased a car from them under false pretenses. Firstly, upon taking the car to my local BMW dealership for inspection, I was shocked to learn that the tires were in dire need of replacement and were actually dangerous to drive on. This discovery not only put my safety at risk but also meant additional unexpected expenses for me. I was assured the vehicle had gone through a 131 point inspection, that I paid an extra $1,799 for! It is outrageous that the dealership sold me a car with such blatant disregard for safety. To make matters worse, it turns out that all the trim pieces on the car had been painted black after market and any peeling or imperfections would not be covered under warranty. This information was conveniently withheld from me during the purchase process, which is an unethical practice by any standard. When I tried to reach out to the dealership to express my concerns, my calls were consistently ignored. Despite multiple attempts, no one bothered to return my calls, and conveniently, all the managers were always "busy" whenever I called. Furthermore, the car was promised to be detailed before it was delivered to me. However, upon inspecting the vehicle, I found remnants of gum and candy wrappers in the back seat cup holder, indicating that the promised detailing was not carried out properly, if at all. Moreover, the glove box was still filled with the previous owner's information, which raises serious concerns about the dealership's attention to detail and respect for customer privacy. Additionally, the overall interior of the car was filthy, suggesting a lack of care and maintenance. It has now been over a month since I purchased my car, and I have yet to receive my license plates. Not only is this inconvenient but also puts me at risk of driving with expired temporary plates. I honestly don't even know where to go from here. In light of my experience, I strongly caution potential buyers against engaging with this dealership. Their behavior was completely unprofessional, and they demonstrated a complete disregard for customer satisfaction and safety. The fact that they evaded my attempts to contact them and address the issues only further emphasizes their lack of professionalism and accountability. I regret putting my trust in this dealership and deeply resent the negative consequences I've had to endure as a result. It is my hope that by sharing my experience, I can spare others from falling victim to the same unscrupulous practices.
