Terrible experience I had a 10am appointment for a recall, I arrived on time and got checked in by an associate after a few minutes. I then stepped out to run my errand I had a 10am appointment for a recall, I arrived on time and got checked in by an associate after a few minutes. I then stepped out to run my errands and returned at 1:52pm only to find my car parked outside untouched. I requested for a shuttle since I had a doctor's appointment at 2:30pm but nobody was ready to offer me that so I had no other option that to take my car away. I called out at work for this recall which never happened but only wasted my time, gas and energy. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED😡😡 More

Worst customer service to solve issues. Missing trunk mat for 2019 camry and was told they would order it but two weeks later nothing still. Went to speak to manager and he to solve issues. Missing trunk mat for 2019 camry and was told they would order it but two weeks later nothing still. Went to speak to manager and he asked me to talk to sales rep regarding any issue, I expected a great service from him as he being a manager but it was the worst. Went to Sales rep Just to tell me what I expect if the car is used, that anything can be missing. Definitely don’t recommend buying from them, after they sell they just treat you as if your money was not worth. More
