Confusing Negative demeanor, rude service advisors, no breakdown of service performed. Not sure what oil was used for oil change. Was told my car was ready to b Negative demeanor, rude service advisors, no breakdown of service performed. Not sure what oil was used for oil change. Was told my car was ready to be picked up, didn’t know where my vehicle was for 20 minutes. Waited in the service center garage while 3 members of staff were looking for my vehicle because nobody knew where my car or car keys had gone. Unpleasant experience. More
