I had a great experience with Route 22 Honda. Audiel went above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered. I brought my vehicle in a brake inspection because I thought my rear brakes needed to above and beyond to make sure I had all my questions answered. I brought my vehicle in a brake inspection because I thought my rear brakes needed to be replaced due to the mileage. After 25-30 minutes Audiel had the inspection completed and came to find out I just needed a brake fluid flush, drive-belt that was cracking due to age, and air filters along with cabin filter. My brakes were still within manufacturers specifications so they didn't need to be changed yet. Very honest staff and always looking out for the customers. I was also in and out in a timely manner, I will be back for my service needs. Thank you!! More

I am back at dealship after picking up car. I had tires ,alignment, balancing and tuneup. Now car is shaking on the highway. My car was with you for 3 days. The entire time I was unable to communicate with ,alignment, balancing and tuneup. Now car is shaking on the highway. My car was with you for 3 days. The entire time I was unable to communicate with your team. I emailed and voice-mailed over 3 days...no luck. I wanted to add some work on as well. After picking it up , I realized the next day it had a problem. I actually called different departments and got humans. They assured me I would never successfully get a message through to anyone. A service rep. said someone would call me back since I was having a problem with my truck after your team fixed it. No one called. Talked to another human and was told service would call. They never did. They said I couldn't get the car that they broke while working on looked at for at least over a week. I drove to your service department. I am waiting for my vehicle. More
