Experience was okay. When I called to check on car no one answered me my call, just a machine. Also when I drove home, my front hood wasnt closed completely and realized it when I saw it wobble on the highwa answered me my call, just a machine. Service team is very thorough, explains to me details of my options, as he knows my driving patterns and history compared to the age of my car.
