Route 22 Honda - Service Center

Suggestion: when you enter the service center, the sign says:"Pull up and stop".It should also say something like "Wait for the attendant/valet to check you in". I went to the cashier and asked "Where do I says:"Pull up and stop".It should also say something like "Wait for the attendant/valet to check you in". I went to the cashier and asked "Where do I check in?" The girl told me "Just sit down and you will be called ". 45 minutes later, my car had not moved. That's when I understood nobody had checked me in. On top of it, it took 1hour and 15 minutes to have my oil change done. So, in total, I stayed over 2 hours. Much too long for a simple check in of the car. More

The service I received was excellent, however one of your workers went on this long rant the whole time I was there. He was cursing up a storm, stating he hates working there.
