Route 22 Honda - Service Center

I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. I had my AirPods in while I was waiting in the waiting area. I had received a phone call from Peter a little over an hour after waiting. He told me my car wou AirPods in while I was waiting in the waiting area. I had received a phone call from Peter a little over an hour after waiting. He told me my car would take another 30 minutes and he had called my name which I never heard. He stated he would meet at over at the cashiers then and shortly after I met him over there. He seemed annoyed and stated he had been calling my name for over an hour which I found to be very unlikely. He then handed the paperwork over to the cashier and then I paid and proceeded to wait an extra hour and still was never told my car was done. I went out to the service area and my car had been done this whole time. I felt as though Peter was bothered after calling my name for the supposed hour and decided to not inform me my car was finished. Very unprofessional. More
