Demetrius was very nice but the overall experience was horrible. I waited 2.5 hours with not a single update (despite receiving a text message that I could receive frequent updates) and when I finally as horrible. I waited 2.5 hours with not a single update (despite receiving a text message that I could receive frequent updates) and when I finally asked for the status, I was told that a part was on its way and that it would be at least another 45 min or so until the car was complete. I couldn’t believe how long it took and I’m struggling to understand why I was never informed of the delays. This was the 2nd time that we’ve had customer service issues at Rt 22. Last year we had to wait 2 hours just for a key replacement!! Just an awful experience both times. More
