Service Decent wait time. As usual everyone is great and friendly . Robert is always pleasant and easy to talk to. Also I wish I knew his name but the Decent wait time. Very pleasant but what caught my eye was that by the bathroom there was a piece of paper on the floor and a few people walked by it and ignored it and when he passed by it was the only one that bent over and picked it up and threw it away. Friendly and rapid service at Rt22 Honda Went in on the morning of 3/19/18 with a check engine problem, I did not have an apt but upon a tap on Paul Giameo’s office window he greeted me and w Went in on the morning of 3/19/18 with a check engine problem, I did not have an apt but upon a tap on Paul Giameo’s office window he greeted me and was readily available to hear my issue, he told me not to worry and I was able to get promptly on my way to work which I appreciated. Paul is my service advisor of choice, Paul has been at Honda for a very long time and is very knowledgeable at what he does, he takes great care in explaining the issues and went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was needed to get my car working again. He always offers suggestions or service recomendations on any maintenance needed so that I am aware of what maintenance should be done so that my car is operating at its optimal best. I am certain Paul gives this exceptional service to all of his customers because he truly cares and wants customers to be satisfied with the service provided.
