Customer Service I booked an appointment on Friday and the center did not confirm my appointment when I reached there on my schedule time, I was told that my appointme I booked an appointment on Friday and the center did not confirm my appointment when I reached there on my schedule time, I was told that my appointment is not confirmed because of their system glitche and apparently they were not taking walk in customers that day. However, the manager was generous and asked us to accommodate. The service advisor was very unfriendly and not helpful at all with my questions and concerns. I paid and the advisor said my car is ready and will come out soon. I waited for 5-10 mins, no one come to deliver the car and I noticed that my car was parked in the parking lot and was locked. No one was around and I had to look for someone who can give me my car keys. I am very disappointed with the service provided. More

Competitive Prices, Professionalism, and Quality Work. My Odyssey needed an axle replaced and another Honda dealership along Route 22 gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. I intended that sh My Odyssey needed an axle replaced and another Honda dealership along Route 22 gave me an estimate which I thought was reasonable. I intended that shop to do the job but when I made my appointment, the price increased. I went to Route 22 Honda and my service advisor, Paul G. gave me a quote for the same job which he printed out without me asking. I was pleased with the price that he had quoted and had them do the repair for me. I asked Paul if it was necessary to perform wheel alignment as a result of having the axle replaced. He said it was not necessary but recommends having it done periodically (the other dealer stated it was mandatory if the axle is replaced). Since I had not had a wheel alignment for over 15k miles and I have noticed a slight drift to the right when I let go of the steering wheel, I decided to have Honda Route 22 do it as well. I thought Paul was being honest and straightforward with me. Workmanship appears fine for both axle replacement and wheel alignment. Very pleased with this particular service. More
