Disappointed yet again. Getting a simple oil change should not take no more than 30 min, maybe 45 min to the max. I waited more than an hour for it. What upsetted me even more is that once I gave my car to the service and kept waiting, no one even came to update me on the the status of my car...pretty rude to say the least. This is not my first negative experience with this service center; this is the THIRD. You need to communicate with the customers on informing them on what’s happening with the car or if they found anything that needs to be worked on...don’t let the customer wait hours and have them looking for the advisors themselves especially if the customer notices it’s not even busy ! That just ticked me off overall. If I had not bought the car at this Honda location, you would never see me here at this horrible service center. The only consolation from this experience is the advisor waiving my oil change fee. More
