Now it took a lot for me to Write this Review I actually got love for some people at this dealership. Joel Freddy Carlos and Kevin worked extremely well with me and help me out getting the Car I received Bu got love for some people at this dealership. Joel Freddy Carlos and Kevin worked extremely well with me and help me out getting the Car I received But then there was the car i purchased that turning into a nightmare and I know making a decision is out of their hands but I raised awareness to the GM and he just kept stating Nothing he can do to help that the deal I was in had No room for him to help me get out of the most Horrible situation ever build. The Honda Prologue elite that can barely give me 150-200 miles on a full charge . I have done so many test and consistently complained to his dealership about my issues and all I keep hearing is the cold is not allowing the car to properly perform as advertised. I have claims open with Honda Corporate honda Manufactures Better business Bureau NJ and Better business Bureau CA I literally drove 1.7 miles and car drained 32 miles and I’m hearing there’s nothing we can do … 718 a month with 33 months left and I’m hearing there’s nothing that can be done smh. So that bad by a GM like that and Honda in general. And I’m actually a Honda fan but after this experience I’m sorry to the good people over there at Route 22 but I have to leave this Review because this ain’t how a customer should be treated let alone a customer that had 4 plus loans with Honda and actually brought you customer and promoted your Dealer. I constantly ask for a loaner so service can do more digging and continued to be told there isn’t any. Then I say at the service department for 3 hours while they diagnose the vehicle to be told no solution to my complaint it’s the cold causing the advertised Range to not be Met. Like I said it took a lot for me to write this Review because i actually like ppl there but this situation is draining me as a person causing my household to be unhealthy because of my stress. No shade to certain personal at Route 22 but You would think The General Manager would have Step up and done better as a Human to even Pushed Honda Corporate to do right by me . More
Route 23 Honda just lost my family business which included buying 5 vehicles the last 7 years because of their service department. I’ve been having a relationship with Honda and this dealership in particular for almost 20 years. Today, as I was about to pay for an oil change $69 dollars, they told me they will charge me an additio dealership in particular for almost 20 years. Today, as I was about to pay for an oil change $69 dollars, they told me they will charge me an additional 3 percent for using a credit card. I consider such business practice cheap taking into account that this is HONDA where people go for premium service knowing they will pay premium price. But surcharge practice brings to evidence their greed and makes me have second thoughts about their prices, finance and leasing practices, add on prices, and everything that goes in making business in this dealership. It is in little, petty things like that that one gets to understand who you are dealing with and what to expect. More
