I assume all dealerships are the same, add items to make more money. $99 for synthetic oil change, $2.25 for adding washer fluid when tank was almost full. I was very pleased with the service I received for my truck. My truck was taken in at the time I had my appointment . I was told the car would be ready in 1 hour to 1.5 hours maximum. They did not start working in the car until 2.5 hours after I was supposed to pick the car up.
