The waiting time has really improved over the years. The waiting area was clean and the employees greeted everyone who was in the lobby waiting . What I would like to see again being offered again is the complementary coffee that was offered before . More

I was told the car would be ready in 1 hour to 1.5 hours maximum. They did not start working in the car until 2.5 hours after I was supposed to pick the car up. And I did not even receive a text or phone call about it. More
