I was very pleased with the service I received for my truck. My truck was taken in at the time I had my appointment . I appreciated that he knew that iI’ ve been a costumer for Honda for many years. I was able to qualify for discount deals for the services I was getting done in my truck. The waiting time has really improved over the years. The waiting area was clean and the employees greeted everyone who was in the lobby waiting . What I would like to see again being offered again is the complementary coffee that was offered before . More
Lack of communication. Did not care about customer’s concerns when the vehicle was being serviced. Did not answer the phone. Hung up when I finally got through. I was told the car would be ready in 1 hour to 1.5 hours maximum. They did not start working in the car until 2.5 hours after I was supposed to pick the car up. My fiancé and I have been bringing our cars to Paul Giameo in the service department for 7 years. He is the only one we ask for and if he isn't there, we won't come in!
