I assume all dealerships are the same, add items to make more money. $99 for synthetic oil change, $2.25 for adding washer fluid when tank was almost full. I was very pleased with the service I received for my truck. My truck was taken in at the time I had my appointment . The waiting time has really improved over the years. The waiting area was clean and the employees greeted everyone who was in the lobby waiting . What I would like to see again being offered again is the complementary coffee that was offered before . More

Lack of communication. Did not care about customer’s concerns when the vehicle was being serviced. Did not answer the phone. Hung up when I finally got through. I was told the car would be ready in 1 hour to 1.5 hours maximum. They did not start working in the car until 2.5 hours after I was supposed to pick the car up. And I did not even receive a text or phone call about it. More
