Was initially happy with my experience but now have been waiting on a call back from a service specialist to get a estimate and schedule additional work to no avail. Was told while IN the service center to text my issues to the gentlemen that was helping me so it was on record. Never received an answer to my text till almost the end of the day after I texted again and was told Nelson had left and he would get in Touch with me on Monday. Here we are at 2pm on Monday and still no call back. Not to mention I had called last week and spoke with a customer service rep who told me they would forward the message to a service specialist. A week later and I’m still waiting on that call. Only reason I was able to schedule the appointment I did was due to the online service. If not for that I would still be waiting to have both my cars serviced. More
