The service representative identified and recommended service without a pressure to perform said recommendations. I decided to wait at the service center for the my service to be completed as I expected service without a pressure to perform said recommendations. My car was serviced and returned to me in a much shorter timeframe than expected. The cashier however could have presented themselves in a more pleasurable manner. More
