He was not a pushy salesperson and was willing to work with me no matter what it took he even asked me if i wanted to test drive the vehicle, and I jumped in the car and off we went. Well I had a great experience in this dealership. I had made an appointment prior to visit with a young lady name Crystal. She made sure the car was ready when I got there. Very misleading and will reel you in like bates to get you to buy from their delaership. It was a waste of time and good thing I left before things got worst. Your loss of a customer. YOU WILL BE CHEATED. I went to this dealer to buy a new car, with out my knowledge finance manager who was dealing my deal added warranties (these costed me $3000) for the sake of his commision. I had to deal with lot of stress to cancel some warranties . Dealer was least responsive to my calls and messages. Finance managers there donot respond to your calls do not return your call. I still have some warranties which the dealer said cannot be cancelled. They will add warranties one or the other way. Please go through all others review. I did a mistake by not looking at internet. I went in to get a lease for 24 months and the customer service was great till the point we leased and then the rudeness and irresponsibility of both the sales person and general manager shot up. In order to help them with their monthly sales, they asked me to buy the car on the same day inspite of it being a color of not my choice. But due to their inefficiency in paperwork, they made me come the next day. And then sent me a letter in mail asking to pick up the license plates. Inspite of me repeatedly asking the general manager, Ed Garcia as well as the sales manager requesting that they mail the license plates, i even offered to pay them for mailing it -- they never got back to me till i called and emailed them numerously. At that point, they just refused and told me to pick it up. If you are looking for a horriffic customer experience, go to Edward Garcia or Stanley. I rest assured will not ever buy/lease any cars from them again. More
I called ahead of time to inquire about the specific model I want to purchase. The employee was -as I realized later- faking that he's actually looking up the models, all he wanted to have me come. Another employee took over taking my information, he was very rude and impolite... I just had to leave before hitting those bunch of liars and unprofessional, ignorant, punks. More
