I bought a Honda HRV on January 3rd 2022 probably the first sale of the year. While Rolando guided me to the right vehicle, Fausto the finance manager didn’t inform me about all my charges in detail. For first sale of the year. While Rolando guided me to the right vehicle, Fausto the finance manager didn’t inform me about all my charges in detail. For example the pro package for my car which was wheel locks and all season mats and some other miscellaneous fees, which I didn’t realize until after driving off and doing the math at home that something didn't seem right. So I came back and I spoke to Fausto about the extra 2K I’m financing and there it was explained to me only after I inquired about these extra charges. They didn't even have the mats to give me the same day so why exactly was I being charged?!?! I ended up waiting a month plus for them, had I not went back to discuss this I probably would have never received them. Service was decent. I would’ve given them 5 stars if they were honest upfront, the car is fine so far however I plan to trade it in after a year but I won’t be doing business with Route22 Honda. Tell your Customers what they are paying for In detail up front so they don’t feel taken advantage of. More
